Claims (29)
1. Композиция для аэрополировки поверхности твердых тканей зуба, содержащая, по меньшей мере:
- первый абразивный порошок, подходящий для полировки твердых тканей зуба, содержащий бикарбонат натрия, карбонат кальция, глицин, силикат, кремнезем, гидроксид кремния, карбид кремния, порошковую пемзу, алмазный порошок, оксид алюминия, гидроксид алюминия или смесь этих соединений,
- второй порошок гелеобразующего средства, выбранный из полоксамеров, гидроксипропилметилцеллюлозы, метилцеллюлозы, каррагенанов и их смесей,
- третий порошок средства для обработки зубов, причем это средство является лечебным веществом или красителем.
2. Композиция по п. 1, в которой второй порошок содержится в композиции в количестве по массе, лежащем диапазоне от 0,5% до 80%.
3. Композиция по п. 1, в которой средний размер частиц второго порошка составляет от 0,5 мкм до 400 мкм.
4. Композиция по п. 1, в которой первый порошок содержит бикарбонат натрия, карбонат кальция, глицин или смесь из этих соединений.
5. Композиция по п. 1, в которой первый порошок содержит глицин, а второй порошок содержит полоксамер.
6. Композиция по п. 1, в которой первый порошок содержит бикарбонат натрия, а второй порошок содержит полоксамер.
7. Композиция по п. 1, в которой первый порошок содержится в композиции в количестве по массе, лежащем диапазоне от 15% до 98%.
8. Композиция по п. 1, в которой средний размер частиц первого порошка составляет от 5 мкм до 500 мкм.
9. Композиция по п. 1, которая содержит:
- первый порошок в количестве по массе, лежащем диапазоне от 15% до 98%,
- второй порошок в количестве по массе, лежащем диапазоне от 0,5% до 80%, и
- третий порошок в количестве по массе, лежащем диапазоне от 0,005% до 25%, и
- необязательно препятствующее слеживанию вещество в количестве по массе, лежащем диапазоне от 0,05% до 10%.
10. Композиция по п. 9, которая содержит:
- первый порошок в количестве по массе, лежащем диапазоне от 70% до 98%,
- второй порошок в количестве по массе, лежащем диапазоне от 0,5% до 20%, и
- третий порошок в количестве по массе, лежащем диапазоне от 0,005% до 25%, и
- необязательно препятствующее слеживанию вещество в количестве по массе, лежащем диапазоне от 0,05% до 10%.
11. Композиция по п. 9, которая содержит:
- первый порошок в количестве по массе, лежащем диапазоне от 15% до 70%,
- второй порошок в количестве по массе, лежащем диапазоне от 20% до 80%, и
- третий порошок в количестве по массе, лежащем диапазоне от 0,005% до 25%, и
- при необходимости препятствующее слеживанию вещество в количестве по массе, лежащем диапазоне от 0,05% до 10%.
12. Композиция по п. 1, в которой лечебное вещество является антисептическим средством, противовоспалительным средством, анестезирующим средством, десенсибилизирующим средством, реминерализирующим средством, вяжущим средством или смесью этих средств.
13. Инструмент для аэрополировки зубов, содержащий наконечник и емкость с композицией по любому из пп. 1-12, причем наконечник выполнен с возможностью распыления указанной композиции под давлением, при этом композиция окружена струей жидкости.
14. Композиция по любому из пп. 1-12 предназначена для проведения терапевтического лечения зубной ткани.
