Claims (18)
1. Устройство, предназначенное для нанесения на носитель жидкости, содержащей каталитический компонент, при этом, в носителе имеется множество каналов, при этом, данное устройство включает:
(а) средство удерживания носителя в вертикальном положении;
(b) средство введения жидкости в носитель через открытые концы каналов в нижней части носителя;
(с) средство создания разрежения, когда нижняя часть носителя уже частично заполнена жидкостью; и
(d) средство приложения разрежения к открытым концам каналов в верхней части носителя.
2. Устройство по п.1, в котором средство удерживания носителя включает корпус для размещения нижней части носителя.
3. Устройство по п.2, в котором средство удерживания носителя включает по меньшей мере один надувной хомут, вступающий в контакт и/или сцепляющийся с наружной поверхностью носителя.
4. Устройство по п.3, в котором по меньшей мере один надувной хомут опирается на корпус.
5. Устройство по п.3 или 4, в котором по меньшей мере один надувной хомут имеет квадратное или прямоугольное поперечное сечение.
6. Устройство по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором средство введения жидкости в носитель содержит поршень.
7. Устройство по п.6, в котором поршень представляет собой возвратно-поступательный поршень в корпусе, имеющем нагнетательную камеру, причём указанная нагнетательная камера находится под нижней частью носителя, когда носитель размещен в корпусе.
8. Устройство по п.7, в котором поршень совершает возвратно-поступательные движения внутри корпуса между (i) первым положением, в котором поршень отведен назад, и (ii) вторым положением, в котором поршень упирается в нижнюю часть носителя и/или упирается или совпадает с головкой цилиндра; и, в первом положении, отведенный в корпусе назад поршень определяет наличие нагнетательной камеры, имеющей некоторый рабочий объем.
9. Устройство по любому из пп.6-8, в котором поршень имеет рабочую поверхность, содержащую гибкий, непористый, гидрофобный материал, представляющий собой полимер.
10. Устройство по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором средство создания разрежения имеет электрическое соединение со средством приложения разрежения к открытым концам каналов в верхней части носителя.
11. Устройство по п.10, в котором средство создания разрежения содержит средство определения того, что нижняя часть носителя уже частично заполнена, которое содержит взвешивающие устройства и/или устройства измерения объема.
12. Устройство по п.11, в котором устройство измерения объёма представляет собой серводвигатель, соединенный с датчиком для позиционной обратной связи поршня.
13. Устройство по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором средство создания разрежения, когда нижняя часть носителя уже частично заполнена жидкостью, содержит таймер.
14. Устройство по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором средство приложения разрежения включает воронку и уплотнение для образования герметичного соединения с верхней частью носителя.
