Claims (12)
1. Устройство передачи, содержащее:
средство для передачи во втором слое многослойного потока кодированных данных для опорного изображения буфера изображений декодера упомянутого второго слоя, причем опорное изображение кодируется из другого опорного изображения буфера изображений декодера первого слоя многослойного потока, при этом опорное изображение указано как не подлежащее отображению;
средство для передачи флага, указывающего, что последующее кодированное изображение упомянутого второго слоя не использует никакого межслоевого предсказания; и
средство для передачи кодированных данных для блока изображения указанного последующего кодированного изображения, причем блок изображения кодируется из по меньшей мере указанного опорного изображения.
2. Устройство передачи по п. 1, которое также выполнено с возможностью передачи, в упомянутом втором слое, информацию для идентификации упомянутого другого опорного изображения.
3. Устройство передачи по п. 1 или 2, в котором опорное изображение и другое опорное изображение выровнены по времени.
4. Машиночитаемый носитель, имеющий кодированный сигнал, хранящийся на нем, сигнал содержит:
кодированные данные для опорного изображения буфера изображений декодера второго слоя многослойного потока, причем опорное изображение кодируется из другого опорного изображения буфера изображений декодера первого слоя многослойного потока, при этом опорное изображение указано как не подлежащее отображению;
флаг, указывающий, что последующее кодированное изображение упомянутого второго слоя не использует никакого межслоевого предсказания; и
данные для блока изображения указанного последующего кодированного изображения, причем блок изображения кодируется из по меньшей мере указанного опорного изображения.
5. Машиночитаемый носитель по п.4, в котором упомянутый сигнал также содержит, в упомянутом втором слое, информацию для идентификации упомянутого другого опорного изображения.
6. Машиночитаемый носитель по п. 4 или 5, в котором опорное изображение и другое опорное изображение выровнены по времени.
