Claims (11)
1. Каталитическая композиция, которая содержит носитель и один или более металлических компонентов на подложке-носителе, причем указанный носитель содержит (i) морденит в количестве от 20 до 90% мас. от общей массы носителя, и морденит имеет молярное отношение диоксида кремния к оксиду алюминия от 10 до 60; (ii) цеолит типа ZSM-5 в количестве от 10 до 70% мас. от общей массы носителя, и цеолит типа ZSM-5 имеет молярное отношение диоксида кремния к оксиду алюминия от 5 до 50 и средний размер частиц от 5 до 50 нм; и (iii) неорганическое связующее вещество в количестве от 10 до 50% мас. от общей массы носителя; и при этом один или более металлических компонентов содержат металл 10 группы.
2. Каталитическая композиция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что морденит присутствует в количестве в диапазоне от 30 до 70% мас. от общей массы носителя.
3. Каталитическая композиция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что цеолит типа ZSM-5 присутствует в количестве в диапазоне от 15 до 60% мас. от общей массы носителя.
4. Каталитическая композиция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что неорганическое связующее присутствует в количестве в диапазоне от 10 до 40% мас. от общей массы материала носителя.
5. Каталитическая композиция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что цеолит типа ZSM-5 имеет среднечисловой размер частиц в диапазоне от 10 до 45 нм.
6. Каталитическая композиция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что морденит содержит менее чем 200 ч/млн. переходного металла(-ов).
7. Способ получения катализатора по п. 1, включающий стадии
(a) смешивания морденита, цеолита типа ZSM-5, неорганического связующего и металла 10 группы в любой возможной последовательности; и
(b) прокаливания смеси, полученной на стадии (a).
8. Способ конверсии сырья, содержащего ароматические углеводороды, с применением каталитической композиции по любому из пп. 1-6.
9. Способ по п. 8, отличающийся тем, что указанное сырье содержит этилбензол в количестве в диапазоне от 0,1 до 50% мас., и общее содержание ксилола составляет по меньшей мере 20% мас., причем оба значения указаны относительно общего количества сырья.
