Claims (23)
1. Способ кавитационного наклепа, включающий:
соединение подвижного источника текучей среды с переносным соплом посредством гибкого трубопровода, причем сопло имеет первый канал и второй канал,
позиционирование сопла рядом с обрабатываемой поверхностью обрабатываемой детали,
выпуск в направлении обрабатываемой поверхности первого потока текучей среды через первый канал и второго потока текучей среды через второй канал,
причем второй канал концентрически расположен вокруг первого канала,
при этом первый поток текучей среды имеет первое давление текучей среды, а второй поток текучей среды имеет второе давление текучей среды,
первое давление текучей среды больше, чем второе давление текучей среды, и
первый и второй потоки текучей среды объединяют для образования облака кавитационных пузырьков.
2. Способ по п. 1, также включающий:
перемещение сопла по обрабатываемой поверхности на постоянном рабочем расстоянии.
3. Способ по п. 2, также включающий перемещение сопла вдоль оси Z, перпендикулярной обрабатываемой поверхности.
4. Способ по п. 1, также включающий вращение сопла для приспособления к кривизне обрабатываемой поверхности.
5. Способ по п. 1, согласно которому этап позиционирования выполняют вручную.
6. Способ по п. 1, согласно которому этап позиционирования выполняют с помощью робота.
7. Способ по п. 1, согласно которому сопло направляет первый и второй потоки текучей среды в направлении обработки к обрабатываемой поверхности.
8. Способ по п. 7, согласно которому этап позиционирования включает ручное ориентирование направления обработки потоков текучей среды для образования угла с обрабатываемой поверхностью в диапазоне от 60° до 120°.
9. Способ по п. 1, согласно которому сопло имеет часть кончика, причем этап позиционирования включает удерживание кончика сопла на рабочем расстоянии от обрабатываемой поверхности в диапазоне от 6 дюймов до 10 дюймов (15,2-25,4 см).
10. Способ по п. 1, согласно которому этап позиционирования включает удерживание облака кавитационных пузырьков на расстоянии от обрабатываемой поверхности в диапазоне от 3 дюймов до 5 дюймов (7,6-12,7 см).
11. Способ по п. 1, согласно которому сопло имеет лазерное указательное устройство, причем этап позиционирования включает направление лазерного указательного устройства на обрабатываемую поверхность и определение рабочего расстояния между кончиком сопла и обрабатываемой поверхностью.
12. Способ по п. 1, согласно которому этап выпуска включает отслеживание первого давления первого потока текучей среды, проходящего через сопло.
13. Способ по п. 12, также включающий передачу данных о давлении, измеренном в сопле, в контроллер, запрограммированный на регулировку давления текучей среды в источнике текучей среды.
14. Способ по п. 1, также включающий отслеживание температуры текучей среды, проходящей через сопло.
15. Способ обработки обрабатываемой детали, включающий: перемещение вручную облака кавитационных пузырьков по неподвижной обрабатываемой области на обрабатываемой детали по существу на постоянном рабочем расстоянии в соответствии с любыми из пп. 1-14.
