Claims (18)
1. Способ получения композита винилиденхлоридного полимера, включающий
i) приготовление дисперсии глинистого материала и свободно-радикального инициатора в жидкой фазе;
ii) добавление винилиденхлорида и, по меньшей мере, одного этиленненасыщенного мономера, способного сополимеризоваться с ним, к указанной дисперсии; и
iii) полимеризацию винилиденхлорида и указанного, по меньшей мере, одного этиленненасыщенного мономера, с образованием композита винилиденхлоридного полимера,
где количество глинистого материала находится в интервале от 10,0 до 60,0 г на литр (г/л) относительно жидкой фазы, предпочтительно от 25,0 до 40,0 г/л относительно жидкой фазы, и где сополимер имеет массовый % (% масс.) винилиденхлорида/(указанного этиленненасыщенного мономера) от 82/18 до 93/7, предпочтительно от 85/15 до 90/10.
2. Способ по п. 1, в котором глинистый материал окружает поверхность частицы винилиденхлоридного полимера.
3. Способ по п. 1 или 2, в котором глинистый материал выбирают из группы, включающей монтмориллонит, гекторит, лапонит, сапонит, слюду, вермикулит, нонтронит, бейделит, волконскоит, каолинит, серпентинит и гиббсит.
4. Способ по любому из пп. 1-3, в котором глинистым материалом является лапонит.
5. Способ по любому из пп. 1-4, в котором жидкой фазой является вода.
6. Способ по любому из пп. 1-5, в котором свободно-радикальный инициатор выбирают из группы, включающей пероксиды и гидропероксиды, азо-соединения, окислительно-восстановительные соединения и фотоинициаторы.
7. Способ по любому из пп. 1-6, в котором свободно-радикальный инициатор представляет собой неорганический инициатор.
8. Композит винилиденхлоридного полимера, содержащий глинистые материалы, окружающие винилиденхлоридный полимер, полученный способом по любому из пп. 1-7.
9. Композит винилиденхлоридного полимера по п. 8, в котором винилиденхлоридный полимер содержит повторяющиеся звенья, полученные из одного или нескольких этиленненасыщенных мономеров, выбираемых из группы, включающей метилакрилат, метилметакрилат, этилакрилат, этилметакрилат, н-бутилакрилат, н-бутилметакрилат, 2-этилгексилакрилат, 2-этилгексилметакрилат, 2-гидроксиэтилакрилат, 2-гидроксиэтилметакрилат, глицидилакрилат, глицидилметакрилат, акрилонитрил, метакрилонитрил, акриловую кислоту, метакриловую кислоту, акриламид, N-метилолакриламид и N,N-ди(алкил)акриламид.
10. Композиция, содержащая композит винилиденхлоридного полимера по любому из пп. 8 и 9 и, по меньшей мере, один полимер и/или жидкую фазу.
11. Применение композита винилиденхлоридного полимера по любому из пп. 8 и 9 или композиции по п. 10 для получения пленок или покрытий.
12. Применение глинистого материала для стабилизации композита винилиденхлоридного полимера, полученного способом по любому из пп. 1-7.
13. Пленки, полученные из композита винилиденхлоридного полимера по любому из пп. 8 и 9 или из композиции по п. 10.
14. Применение пленок по п. 13 в области пищевых упаковок.
