Claims (22)
1. Композиция [композиция (C)], содержащая
винилиденхлоридный полимер [ВДХ полимер]; и
от 0,05 до 5% масс., относительно массы ВДХ полимера, по меньшей мере, одного сорбатного сложного эфира [сорбат (I)] формулы(I)
где R1 представляет собой C1-C12-углеводородную группу, предпочтительно C1-C6-алкильную группу.
2. Композиция (C) по п. 1, в которой количество повторяющихся звеньев, полученных из винилиденхлорида, в винилиденхлоридном полимере варьируется от 50 до 99,5% масс., предпочтительно от 60 до 98% масс., более предпочтительно от 82 до 96% масс., и наиболее предпочтительно от 85 до 95% масс. относительно общей массы ВДХ полимера.
3. Композиция (C) по п. 1 или 2, в которой ВДХ полимер представляет собой сополимер, содержащий повторяющиеся звенья, полученные, по меньшей мере, из одного этиленненасыщенного мономера, способного сополимеризоваться с винилиденхлоридом, выбираемого из группы, включающей винилхлорид, малеиновый ангидрид, итаконовую кислоту, стирол, производные стирола и акриловые или метакриловые мономеры, соответствующие общей формуле (I)

где R1 выбирают из атома водорода и -CH3, и R2 выбирают из
-CN и -COR3, где R3 выбирают из -OH и -OR4, где R4 представляет собой линейную или разветвленную C1-C18-алкильную группу, необязательно несущую одну или несколько групп -OH, эпокси-C2-C10-алкильную группу и C2-C10-алкоксиалкильную группу, и где R3 также выбирают из радикалов -NR5R6, в которых R5 и R6, одинаковые или разные, выбирают из атома водорода и C1-C10-алкильных групп, необязательно несущих одну или несколько групп -OH.
-CN и -COR3, где R3 выбирают из -OH и -OR4, где R4 представляет собой линейную или разветвленную C1-C18-алкильную группу, необязательно несущую одну или несколько групп -OH, эпокси-C2-C10-алкильную группу и C2-C10-алкоксиалкильную группу, и где R3 также выбирают из радикалов -NR5R6, в которых R5 и R6, одинаковые или разные, выбирают из атома водорода и C1-C10-алкильных групп, необязательно несущих одну или несколько групп -OH.
4. Композиция (C) по п. 3, в которой указанный этиленненасыщенный мономер, способный сополимеризоваться с винилиденхлоридом, выбирают из группы, включающей малеиновый ангидрид, итаконовую кислоту, акриловые или метакриловые мономеры, выбираемые из группы, включающей метилакрилат, метилметакрилат, этилакрилат, этилметакрилат, н-бутилакрилат, н-бутилметакрилат, 2-этилгексилакрилат, 2-этилгексилметакрилат, 2-гидроксиэтилакрилат, 2-гидроксиэтилметакрилат, глицидил-метакрилат, глицидилакрилат, акрилонитрил, метакрилонитрил, акриловую кислоту, метакриловую кислоту, акриламид, N-метилолакриламид и N,N-ди(алкил)акриламид.
5. Композиция (C) по п. 4, в которой ВДХ полимер выбирают из группы, включающей сополимеры (винилиденхлорид (ВДХ))/(метилакрилат (MA)), в частности сополимеры ВДХ/MA, имеющие массовое отношение ВДХ/MA от 90/10 до 94/6.
6. Композиция (C) по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в которой указанный сорбат (I) представляет собой этилсорбат.
7. Композиция (C) по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором количество указанного сорбата (I) в указанной композиции (C) составляет, по меньшей мере, 0,25% масс., более предпочтительно, по меньшей мере, 0,5% масс. относительно массы ВДХ полимера; и/или самое большее 4% масс., более предпочтительно самое большее 3% масс. относительно массы ВДХ полимера.
8. Способ производства композиции (C) по любому из пп. 1-7, в котором ВДХ полимеры, сорбат (I) и, когда они присутствуют, другие ингредиенты компаундируют вместе.
9. Слой [слой (B)], выполненный из композиции (C) по любому из пп. 1-7.
10. Способ производства слоя (B) по п. 9 с помощью процесса экструзии с раздувом, в котором композицию (C) вначале подают в экструдер и переводят в расплавленное состояние за счет одновременного действия тепла и сдвигающих сил; расплавленную композицию (C) экструдируют через кольцеобразную экструзионную головку, и газ вдувают в полученный таким образом рукав, пока он покидает поверхность экструзионной головки, так, что получают слой (B).
11. Многослойная объединенная структура [объединенная структура (A)], содержащая, по меньшей мере, один слой (B) по п. 9, причем указанный слой (B) объединен, по меньшей мере, с одним дополнительным слоем [слой (O)].
12. Объединенная структура по п. 11, в которой материалы, используемые для создания слоя (O), объединенного со слоем (B), выбирают из группы, включающей полиолефины, в частности полиэтилен, полипропилен, полибутилен; полистиролы; сложные эфиры целлюлозы, например, ацетат целлюлозы, пропионат целлюлозы, нитрат целлюлозы; поливинилацетат; полиметилметакрилат, полибутилметакрилат; поливиниловый спирт; поливинилацеталь; полиаллиловый спирт; полиаллилацетат; сложные полиэфиры, например, полиэтилентерефталат; полиамиды, например, нейлон.
13. Объединенная структура по п. 12, в которой, по меньшей мере, один слой (O) выполнен из термопластичной композиции, содержащей полиэтилен (ПЭ), и/или в которой, по меньшей мере, один слой (O) выполнен из термопластичной композиции, содержащей этиленвинилацетатный сополимер (ЭВА).
14. Объединенная структура по любому из пп. 11-13, которая представляет собой многослойные объединенные структуры, в которых слой (B) из композиции (C) вставлен между наружным слоем (O) и внутренним слоем (O) возможно за счет использования одного или больше чем одного дополнительного клеевого или соединительного слоя [слой (T)].
15. Способ изготовления объединенной структуры по любому из пп. 11-14, в котором слой (B) вводят в объединенные структуры, полученные путем ламинирования соэкструзией, ламинирования способом проклейки, изготовления листов плоскощелевой экструзией, экструзии рукавной пленки с закалкой водой, экструзии с раздувом воздухом или любым другим подобным способом изготовления пленки.
16. Упаковка, изготовленная из объединенной структуры (A), по любому из пп. 11-13, причем указанную упаковку предпочтительно выбирают из группы, состоящей из обычных пакетов, пакетов для упаковывания и приготовления в них пищи, пакетов большого размера для укладки мелких товаров, термоусадочных мешков, жиростойких пакетов, антикоррозионных и/или противоплесневых пленок, пакетов и мешков, защитной пленки для красного мяса, регулирующих содержание влаги пленок, исходного материала для вакуумного формования, оконных пленок, улучшенных атмосферостойких пленок, пленок с улучшенной стойкостью к неправильному использованию в широком интервале температур, футеровок для бочек и других контейнеров, упаковок для хлеба, упаковочного материала для сыров, контейнеров для лекарств, фармацевтических средств, косметики, парфюмерии и т.п., которые должны быть устойчивы к прохождению газа и жидкости, изоляционного покрытия труб, плиток для пола, вкладышей в бутылочную пробку, например, вкладышей в кронен-пробки.
