Claims (20)
- Композиция для ухода за полостью рта, содержащая цинк в комплексе с аминокислотой и (a) линейный поливинилпирролидон (l-PVP) и/или (b) триполифосфат натрия (STPP), необязательно дополнительно содержащая кислоту.
- Композиция по п. 1, где аминокислота выбрана из лизина, глицина и аргинина в свободной форме или в форме соли присоединения кислоты, приемлемой для применения в полости рта.
- Композиция по п. 1, где композиция дополнительно содержит галогенид в ионной ассоциации с цинком и аминокислотой и/или содержит атом галогена в координации с цинком и аминокислотой.
- Композиция по п. 1, где аминокислота представляет собой лизин.
- Композиция по п. 1, где комплекс цинк-аминокислота представляет собой комплекс цинк-лизин-хлорид или комплекс цинк-аргинин-хлорид.
- Композиция по п. 1, где комплекс цинк-аминокислота представляет собой комплекс цинк-лизин-хлорид, необязательно комплекс цинк-лизин-хлорид, характеризующийся химической структурой [Zn(C6H14N2O2)2Cl]+ Cl-, либо в растворе катиона и хлорид-аниона, либо в форме твердой соли, необязательно в форме моно- или дигидрата.
- Композиция по п. 1, где композиция содержит от 1% до 10% по весу комплекса цинк-аминокислота.
- Композиция по п. 1, где композиция содержит от 0,1% до 5% по весу линейного PVP.
- Композиция по любому из предыдущих пунктов, где композиция не содержит сшитого поливинилпирролидона.
- Композиция по п. 1, содержащая эффективное количество одной или более фосфатных солей щелочного металла, необязательно фосфатных солей щелочного металла, выбранных из двухосновного фосфата натрия, двухосновного фосфата калия, дикальцийфосфата дигидрата, пирофосфата кальция, пирофосфата тетранатрия, пирофосфата тетракалия, триполифосфата натрия и смесей любых двух или более из них, необязательно в количестве 1—20% по весу композиции.
- Композиция по п. 1, содержащая триполифосфатную соль щелочного металла, необязательно триполифосфат натрия или калия, в количестве 1—5% по весу.
- Композиция по п. 1, где триполифосфат натрия представляет собой единственную присутствующую полифосфатную соль.
- Композиция по п. 1, дополнительно содержащая органическую или неорганическую кислоту для снижения уровня pH, необязательно выбранную из одного или более из фосфорной кислоты, хлористоводородной кислоты, серной кислоты, лимонной кислоты, винной кислоты, яблочной кислоты, малеиновой кислоты, фумаровой кислоты, молочной кислоты, глюконовой кислоты, бензойной кислоты или т. п., в количестве от 0,05 до 5% по весу композиции, или от 0,1 до 2%, или от 0,1 до 1%, или от 0,1 до 0,75%, или от 0,25 до 0,75%, или приблизительно 0,5%.
- Композиция по п. 1, дополнительно содержащая фосфорную кислоту.
- Композиция по п. 1, где композиция для ухода за полостью рта представляет собой средство для чистки зубов.
- Композиция по п. 1, где композиция представляет собой композицию с низким содержанием воды.
- Композиция по п. 1, дополнительно содержащая эффективное количество источника фторид-ионов.
- Композиция по п. 1 для применения с целью уменьшения и подавления кислотной эрозии эмали, чистки зубов, уменьшения образованной бактериями биопленки и налета, уменьшения интенсивности гингивита, подавления кариеса зубов и образования полостей и/или снижения повышенной чувствительности зубов.
- Способ уменьшения и подавления кислотной эрозии эмали, чистки зубов, уменьшения образованной бактериями биопленки и налета, уменьшения интенсивности гингивита, подавления кариеса зубов и образования полостей, а также снижения повышенной чувствительности зубов, предусматривающий применение эффективного количества композиции по п. 1 по отношению к зубам и затем необязательно промывание водой или водным раствором, достаточное для инициирования осаждения оксида цинка из композиции.
- Способ получения композиции для ухода за полостью рта по п. 1, предусматривающий объединение источника ионов цинка с аминокислотой в свободной форме или солевой форме в водной среде, необязательно выделение комплекса, образованного таким образом, в форме твердой соли и объединение комплекса с основой для ухода за полостью рта, которая содержит (a) линейный PVP и/или (b) триполифосфат натрия и необязательно дополнительно содержит кислоту.
