Claims (21)
1. Устройство передачи мощности транспортного средства, содержащее:
дифференциальный механизм, включающий в себя пару полуосевых шестерней, внутренний картер и внешний картер, причем внутренний картер выполнен с возможностью размещения полуосевых шестерней и выполнен с возможностью передачи мощности в полуосевые шестерни, а внешний картер расположен на внешней периферийной стороне внутреннего картера, выполнен с возможностью вращения относительно внутреннего картера и имеет такую конфигурацию, в которой мощность от источника мощности транспортного средства вводится во внешний картер;
пару полуосевых валов-шестерней, соответственно, соединенных с полуосевыми шестернями и передающих мощность на пару колес;
механизм муфты, включающий в себя ступицу муфты, барабан муфты, фрикционный зацепляющий элемент и поршень, при этом ступица муфты соединена с внутренним картером, барабан муфты соединен с внешним картером, фрикционный зацепляющий элемент расположен между ступицей муфты и барабаном муфты, фрикционный зацепляющий элемент имеет такую конфигурацию, в которой, по меньшей мере, один первый фрикционный диск, помещенный без возможности относительного вращения в ступицу муфты, и, по меньшей мере, один второй фрикционный диск, помещенный без возможности относительного вращения в барабан муфты, попеременно перекрывают друг друга и поршень выполнен с возможностью прижатия фрикционного зацепляющего элемента; и
актуатор, выполненный с возможностью приведения в действие поршня, при этом:
каждое из ступицы муфты и барабана муфты включает в себя вводимые в зацепление зубья, выполненные с возможностью введения в зацепление без возможности относительного вращения с поршнем;
поршень включает в себя первые вводимые в зацепление зубья, выполненные с возможностью введения в зацепление с вводимыми в зацепление зубьями ступицы муфты, и вторые вводимые в зацепление зубья, выполненные с возможностью введения в зацепление с вводимыми в зацепление зубьями барабана муфты; и
ступица муфты, барабан муфты и поршень выполнены с возможностью переключения рабочего режима устройства передачи мощности транспортного средства на первый режим, в котором крутящий момент, передаваемый из внешнего картера во внутренний картер, регулируется посредством прижимающей силы поршня, в то время как внутренний картер и внешний картер имеют возможность быть дифференциальными, и второй режим, в котором внутренний картер и внешний картер находятся в неразделенном состоянии посредством первых вводимых в зацепление зубьев и вводимых в зацепление зубьев ступицы муфты, вводимых в зацепление друг с другом, и вторых вводимых в зацепление зубьев и вводимых в зацепление зубьев барабана муфты, вводимых в зацепление друг с другом, посредством приведения в действие поршня посредством использования актуатора.
2. Устройство передачи мощности транспортного средства по п. 1, в котором:
один из полуосевых валов-шестерней включает в себя вводимые в зацепление зубья, выполненные с возможностью введения в зацепление с поршнем;
поршень включает в себя третьи вводимые в зацепление зубья, выполненные с возможностью введения в зацепление с вводимыми в зацепление зубьями полуосевого вала-шестерни; и
ступица муфты, барабан муфты, поршень и указанный один из полуосевых валов-шестерней выполнены с возможностью переключения рабочего режима устройства передачи мощности транспортного средства на третий режим, в котором внутренний картер и внешний картер находятся в неразделенном состоянии и полуосевые шестерни находятся в неразделенном состоянии посредством первых вводимых в зацепление зубьев и вводимых в зацепление зубьев ступицы муфты, вводимых в зацепление друг с другом, вторых вводимых в зацепление зубьев и вводимых в зацепление зубьев барабана муфты, вводимых в зацепление друг с другом, и третьих вводимых в зацепление зубьев и вводимых в зацепление зубьев указанного одного из полуосевых валов-шестерней, вводимых в зацепление друг с другом, посредством приведения в действие поршня посредством использования актуатора.
3. Устройство передачи мощности транспортного средства по п. 1 или 2, в котором:
ступица муфты, барабан муфты и поршень выполнены с возможностью переключения устройства передачи мощности транспортного средства на первый режим в позиции, в которой поршень прижимает фрикционный зацепляющий элемент; и
ступица муфты, барабан муфты и поршень выполнены с возможностью переключения устройства передачи мощности транспортного средства на второй режим после того, как поршень перемещается в сторону в направлении от позиции, в которой фрикционный зацепляющий элемент прижимается.
4. Устройство передачи мощности транспортного средства по п. 2, в котором:
ступица муфты, барабан муфты и поршень выполнены с возможностью переключения устройства передачи мощности транспортного средства на первый режим в позиции, в которой поршень прижимает фрикционный зацепляющий элемент;
ступица муфты, барабан муфты и поршень выполнены с возможностью переключения устройства передачи мощности транспортного средства на второй режим после того, как поршень перемещается в сторону в направлении от позиции, в которой фрикционный зацепляющий элемент прижимается; и
ступица муфты, барабан муфты, поршень и указанный один из полуосевых валов-шестерней выполнены с возможностью переключения устройства передачи мощности транспортного средства на третий режим после того, как поршень перемещается в сторону в направлении от фрикционного зацепляющего элемента за пределы позиции поршня во втором режиме.
5. Устройство передачи мощности транспортного средства по п. 1, 2 или 4, в котором ступица муфты, барабан муфты и поршень имеют такую конфигурацию, в которой вводимые в зацепление зубья ступицы муфты и первые вводимые в зацепление зубья вводятся в зацепление друг с другом в состоянии, возникающем в результате переключения на первый режим.
6. Устройство передачи мощности транспортного средства по п. 1, 2 или 4, в котором актуатор включает в себя электромотор и винтовой механизм, включающий в себя элемент винтового вала и элемент гайки, завинченные между собой, и актуатор выполнен с возможностью приведения в действие одного из элемента винтового вала и элемента гайки таким образом, что он вращается вокруг оси полуосевого вала-шестерни посредством электромотора, и в результате преобразования вращения электромотора в поступательное движение другого из элемента винтового вала и элемента гайки в направлении оси.
