Claims (27)
1. Устройство для регулирования давления (1) для поддержания постоянного заданного давления в контейнере для текучей среды (50, 60), который предназначен для дозирования текучей среды, содержащейся в контейнере, из контейнера для текучей среды под упомянутым давлением, при этом устройство для регулирования давления (1), состоит из
цилиндра (40), имеющего открытый конец и закрытый конец, и стопора (8), выполненного с возможностью перемещаться внутри цилиндра (40) для ограничения первой камеры (4),
второй камеры (3), охватывающей цилиндр (40) первой камеры (4), причем вторая камера (3) выполнена с возможностью заполнения газом, который при использовании имеет более высокое давление, чем упомянутое давление в контейнере (50, 60),
по меньшей мере, одного соединения для текучей среды (9) между второй камерой (3) и контейнером (50, 60) и закрывающего элемента (7), выполненного с возможностью перемещения относительно цилиндра (40) для открывания и закрывания упомянутого соединения для текучей среды (9) между второй камерой (3) и контейнером для дозирования текучей среды (50, 60) в зависимости от положения закрывающего элемента (7) относительно первой камеры (4),
положение закрывающего элемента (7) относительно второй камеры (3), по меньшей мере, зависит от преобладающего давления в контейнере для дозирования текучей среды (50, 60) и преобладающего давления в первой камере (4),
при использовании соединение для текучей среды (9) открывается, когда давление в контейнере для дозирования текучей среды (50, 60) уменьшается ниже заданного давления, так что газ поступает из второй камеры (3) в контейнер для дозирования текучей среды (50, 60), и давление в контейнере для дозирования текучей среды (50, 60) увеличивается до тех пор, пока соединение для текучей среды (9) не закрывается закрывающим элементом (7) в результате повышения давления в контейнере для дозирования текучей среды (50, 60), отличающееся тем, что упомянутое соединение для текучей среды (9) расположено снаружи упомянутого цилиндра (40) и обращено торцевой частью к закрывающему элементу (7).
2. Устройство для регулирования давления по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что упомянутое соединение для текучей среды (9) снабжено кольцевым выступом (6), выступающим от внешней стороны стенки (17) второй камеры (3), обращенной торцевой стороной к контейнеру для дозирования текучей среды (50, 60); предпочтительно он выступает на высоту H1 в 0,1-2,0 мм.
3. Устройство для регулирования давления по п. 1 или 2, отличающееся тем, что упомянутый закрывающий элемент (7) снабжен выступом (71) для воздействия на упомянутое соединение для текучей среды (9); предпочтительно упомянутый выступ имеет высоту Н2 в 0,1-2,0 мм.
4. Устройство для регулирования давления (1) по п. 2, в котором упомянутый выступ (6) представляет собой выпуклость (16), форму усеченного конуса, кубическую или прямоугольную форму, такую как предусмотрено иглой (26).
5. Устройство для регулирования давления по любому из пп. 1, 2, 4, отличающееся тем, что цилиндр (40) и/или соединение для текучей среды (9) выполнены в виде вставки (230).
6. Устройство для регулирования давления (1) по любому из пп. 1, 2, 4, в котором упомянутый стопор (8) содержит хомут (15) или одну или несколько частей хомута, предпочтительно две части хомута, для приведения в действие упомянутого соединения для текучей среды (9); предпочтительно для приведения в действие упомянутого кольцевого выступа (6).
7. Устройство для регулирования давления (1) по п. 6, в котором хомут (15) или одна или более частей хомута и/или горловины стопора (34) или стопор (8) оснащены или изготовлены из эластомерного материала (7).
8. Устройство для регулирования давления (1) по п. 6, в котором предусмотрено одно или несколько направляющих средств (70) для направления упомянутой одной или более деталей хомута.
9. Устройство для регулирования давления (1) по любому из пп. 1, 2, 4, в котором горловина стопора (34) изготовлена из уплотнительного материала или снабжена уплотнительным материалом (5); предпочтительно О-образным или Х-образным уплотнительным кольцом.
10. Устройство для регулирования давления (1) по любому из пп. 1, 2, 4, в котором содержатся один или несколько жидкостных барьеров (7, 86) и/или средств для вентиляции (72) и/или направляющих средств для направления одного или нескольких средств регулирования давления (70, 70').
11. Система регулирования давления (100), содержащая контейнер для дозирования текучей среды (50, 60) и устройство для регулирования давления (1) по любому из пп. 1-10; предпочтительно упомянутый контейнер представляет собой изготовленный из ПЭТ контейнер или металлическую банку.
12. Система регулирования давления (100) по п. 11, в которой контейнер для дозирования текучей среды (50) имеет дозирующее отверстие с клапаном дозирования текучей среды (51), а подвижный поршень (52) расположен в контейнере между устройством для регулирования давления (1) и дозирующим отверстием, причем подвижный поршень (52) отделяет текучую среду от газа и он выполнен с возможностью перемещаться в направлении дозирующего отверстия за счет избыточного давления, преобладающего в контейнере для дозирования текучей среды (50); предпочтительно подвижный поршень (52) выполнен в виде купола с кольцевыми ребрами (53, 54).
13. Система регулирования давления (100) по п. 11, в которой контейнер (60) имеет дозирующее отверстие (64) с дозирующим клапаном (62), и на упомянутом клапане расположен клапанный мешок для удержания текучей среды.
14. Система регулирования давления (100) по любому из пп. 11-13, в которой упомянутый контейнер (50) для дозирования текучей среды, изготовленный из ПЭТ, прикреплен к устройству для регулирования давления (1) посредством сварки, предпочтительно лазерной сварки, более предпочтительно двойным швом, наиболее предпочтительно, когда один из упомянутых швов проходит по окружности вокруг нижнего отверстия упомянутого контейнера, изготовленного из ПЭТ.
15. Способ поддержания постоянного заданного давления в контейнере для текучей среды (50, 60), предназначенном для дозирования текучей среды, содержащейся в контейнере, из контейнера для текучей среды при упомянутом давлении, при этом способ включает в себя:
подготовку устройства для регулирования давления (1) по любому из пп. 1-10 для обеспечения упомянутого постоянного заданного давления;
открывание соединения для текучей среды (9) устройства для регулирования давления (1), когда давление в контейнере для дозирования текучей среды (50, 60) снижается ниже заданного давления; и закрывание соединения для текучей среды (9), когда давление в контейнере для дозирования текучей среды (50, 60) достигает заданного давления.
16. Способ производства системы регулирования давления (100) по любому из пп. 11-14, в котором устройство для регулирования давления (1) по любому из п. 1-10 располагают внутри контейнера (50, 60) для дозирования текучей среды; предпочтительно сформированного из синтетического материала посредством литья под давлением с раздувом и ориентированием или формования из металлического листа; упомянутый резервуар для дозирования текучей среды (50) снабжают текучей средой для дозирования; и упомянутый второй контейнер (3) заполняют пропеллентом, предпочтительно сжатым воздухом.
17. Способ производства системы регулирования давления (100) по п. 16, в котором упомянутое устройство для регулирования давления (1) оснащают жидкостным барьером (7, 86).
18. Способ производства системы регулирования давления (100), описанной в п. 12, 16 или 17, включающий в себя следующий этап: вставку подвижного поршня (52) в упомянутое устройство для регулирования давления (1) перед размещением в упомянутом контейнере для дозирования текучей среды (50) или размещение подвижного поршня (52) внутри упомянутого контейнера для дозирования текучей среды с последующей вставкой упомянутого устройства для регулирования давления (1).
19. Способ производства системы регулирования давления (100) по любому из пп. 16 или 17, включающий в себя следующий этап: вставку стопора в цилиндр (40), снабженный средствами для вентиляции, тем самым оставляя первую камеру (4) под атмосферным давлением.
20. Способ производства системы регулирования давления (100) по любому из пп. 16-19, при котором части соединены сваркой; предпочтительно лазерной сваркой; более предпочтительно нижнюю пластину (2) приваривают ко второй камере (3); наиболее предпочтительно, и вторую камеру (3) и контейнер для дозирования текучей среды (50, 60) приваривают к нижней пластине (2).
