Claims (12)
1. Способ ослабления нежелательных иммунных реакций при трансплантации, причем указанный способ включает:
введение указанному субъекту терапевтически эффективного количества антагониста RGMb.
2. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что антагонист представляет собой антитело.
3. Способ по п. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что клетки трансплантата контактируют с антагонистом RGMb перед трансплантацией.
4. Способ по п. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что антагонист RGMb вводят после трансплантации трансплантата.
5. Способ по любому из пп. 1-4, отличающийся тем, что трансплантация представляет собой трансплантацию солидного органа или ткани, полученной из него.
6. Способ по п. 5, отличающийся тем, что орган представляет собой поджелудочную железу.
7. Способ по п. 5 или 6, отличающийся тем, что трансплантируют островки поджелудочной железы.
8. Способ по любому из пп. 1-4, отличающийся тем, что трансплантация представляет собой трансплантацию гемопоэтических клеток.
9. Способ по п. 8, отличающийся тем, что нежелательная иммунная реакция представляет собой реакцию трансплантат против хозяина.
10. Способ по п. 9, отличающийся тем, что реакция трансплантат против хозяина представляет собой острую реакцию трансплантат против хозяина (оРТПХ).
11. Способ по п. 9, отличающийся тем, что реакция трансплантат против хозяина представляет собой хроническую реакцию трансплантат против хозяина (хРТПХ).
