Claims (19)
1. Смесь включающая водный раствор, включающий низкомолекулярный сахар,
ферментирующий микроорганизм, и
лигноцеллюлозный материал, облученный путем облучения пучком электронов, составляющим по меньшей мере 10 Мрад, лигноцеллюлозный материал, включает множество сахаридных звеньев, организованных в виде молекулярной цепи, где от приблизительно 1 из каждых 2 до приблизительно 1 из каждых 250 сахаридных звеньев включают функциональную группу, действующую в качестве рецепторных участков для связывания микроорганизмом;
в которой микроорганизм иммобилизован на лигноцеллюлозном материале.
2. Смесь по п. 1, в которой функциональную группу, выбирают из группы, состоящей из группы карбоновой кислоты, группы сложного эфира карбоновой кислоты, группы соли карбоновой кислоты, нитрогруппы, нитрозогруппы, нитрильной группы, енольной группы, альдегидной группы, аминогруппы, алкил аминогруппы, алкильной группы и хлоралкильной группы.
3. Смесь по п. 1, в которой лигноцеллюлозный материал, облученный путем облучения ионизирующим облучением для получения первого уровня радикалов на множестве сахаридных звеньев, и радикалы, впоследствии, гасятся путем контактирования с агентом гашения до степени при которой радикалы переходят на второй уровень, который ниже, чем первый уровень, и по меньшей мере часть сахаридных звеньев функционализирована агентом гашения.
4. Смесь по п.3, в которой агент гашения включает кислород, и лигноцеллюлозный материал, окисляется до степени при которой образуются группы карбоновой кислоты.
5. Смесь по п.1, в которой микроорганизм является дрожжевым грибом.
6. Смесь по п.5, в которой дрожжевой гриб выбирают из группы, состоящей из Saccharomyces сerevisiae и Pichia stipitis.
7. Смесь по п.1, в которой микроорганизм является ферментирующей бактерией.
8. Смесь по п.1, в которой низкомолекулярный сахар представляет собой глюкозу или ксилозу.
9. Смесь по п.1, в которой лигноцеллюлозный материал выбирают из группы, состоящей из дерева, древесно-стружечной плиты, сельскохозяйственных отходов, силоса, трав, джута, пеньки, льна, бамбука, сизаля, абаки, соломы, кокосовой койры, водорослей, ряски, и их смесей.
10. Смесь по п.1, в которой пористость лигноцеллюлозного материала, составляет более чем 20%.
11. Смесь по п.1, в которой площадь поверхности BET лигноцеллюлозного материала, составляет более чем 0,1 м2/г.
12. Смесь по п.1, в которой площадь поверхности BET лигноцеллюлозного материала, составляет более чем 0,25 м2/г.
13. Смесь по п.1, в которой лигноцеллюлозный материал, обладает, объемной плотностью, составляющей менее чем, примерно 0,5 г/см3.
14. Смесь по п.1, дополнительно, включающая соединение, выбранное из группы, состоящей из водорода, спирта, органической кислоты, углеводорода, белка, и их смесей.
15. Смесь по п.9, в которой лигноцеллюлозный материал, включает сельскохозяйственные отходы, выбранные из группы, состоящей из рисовой шелухи, жмыха, кукурузных початков и кукурузной соломы.
16. Смесь по п.9, в которой лигноцеллюлозный материал, включает просо прутьевидное.
