Claims (13)
1. Соединительный распорный болт (1) с нанесенной на него методом экструзии распорной втулкой, имеющий головку (3) болта на одном конце болта и сужающуюся в направлении головки (3) болта конусную часть (4; 15a, 15b) на другом конце болта, причем конусная часть (4; 15a, 15b) болта и примыкающая к ней часть (6) стержня болта методом экструзии снабжены пластмассовой распорной втулкой (5), причем охватывающий конусную часть (4; 15a, 15b) болта конец (9) распорной втулки посредством открытых с конца прорезей (10) разделен на несколько распираемых сегментов (11) распорной втулки,
отличающийся тем, что
охватывающий конусную часть (4; 15a, 15b) болта конец (9) распорной втулки разделен по меньшей мере на три сегмента (11) распорной втулки, и по меньшей мере две из прорезей (10), отделяющих друг от друга сегменты (11) распорной втулки, на конусной части (4; 15a, 15b) болта проходят не параллельно оси (7) болта.
2. Соединительный распорный болт с нанесенной на него методом экструзии распорной втулкой по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что охватывающий конусную часть болта конец (9) распорной втулки разделен на три сегмента (11) распорной втулки.
3. Соединительный распорный болт с нанесенной на него методом экструзии распорной втулкой по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что охватывающий конусную часть (4; 15a, 15b) болта конец (9) распорной втулки разделен на четыре сегмента (11) распорной втулки.
4. Соединительный распорный болт с нанесенной на него методом экструзии распорной втулкой по любому из предыдущих п.п., отличающийся тем, что все прорези (10) на конусной части (4; 15a, 15b) болта проходят не параллельно оси (7) болта.
5. Соединительный распорный болт с нанесенной на него методом экструзии распорной втулкой по любому из предыдущих п.п., отличающийся тем, что конусная часть болта выполнена в виде одинарного конуса (4).
6. Соединительный распорный болт с нанесенной на него методом экструзии распорной втулкой по п. 5, отличающийся тем, что прорези (10) на одинарном конусе (4) имеют наклонный относительно оси (7) болта участок (10b) прорези.
7. Соединительный распорный болт с нанесенной на него методом экструзии распорной втулкой по любому из пп. 1-4, отличающийся тем, что конусная часть болта выполнена в виде двойного конуса (15a, 15b).
8. Соединительный распорный болт с нанесенной на него методом экструзии распорной втулкой по п. 7, отличающийся тем, что прорези (10) на каждом конусе (15a, 15b) двойного конуса имеют наклонный относительно оси (7) болта участок (10b, 10c) прорези, и оба этих наклонных участка (10b, 10c) прорези (10) проходят параллельно друг другу со смещением относительно друг друга.
9. Соединительный распорный болт с нанесенной на него методом экструзии распорной втулкой по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что прорези (10) на части (6) стержня болта имеют параллельный оси участок (10a) прорези.
10. Соединительный распорный болт с нанесенной на него методом экструзии распорной втулкой по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что прорези (10) проходят от торцевой стороны (8) до упора (12) ограничения глубины распорной втулки (5).
11. Соединительный распорный болт с нанесенной на него методом экструзии распорной втулкой по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что этот соединительный распорный болт содержит металлический или пластмассовый болт (2).
