Claims (38)

1. Материал, содержащий прозрачную подложку, покрытую системой тонких слоев, содержащей последовательно, начиная от подложки, чередование трех функциональных металлических слоев на основе серебра, обозначенных, считая от подложки, как первый, второй и третий функциональные слои, и чередование четырех диэлектрических покрытий, обозначенных, считая от подложки, как M1, M2, M3 и M4, причем каждое диэлектрическое покрытие содержит по меньшей мере один диэлектрический слой, так что каждый функциональный металлический слой расположен между двумя диэлектрическими покрытиями, отличающийся тем, что:
- толщина первого функционального слоя меньше толщины второго функционального слоя,
- толщина первого функционального слоя меньше толщины третьего функционального слоя,
- диэлектрические покрытия M1 и M2 имеют оптические толщины Eo1 и Eo2, соответственно, которые удовлетворяют следующему соотношению: Eo2<1,1·Eo1.
2. Материал по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что отношение толщины третьего функционального металлического слоя к толщине второго функционального слоя составляет от 0,90 до 1,10, включая граничные значения.
3. Материал по одному из предыдущих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что три функциональных металлических слоя удовлетворяют следующим условиям:
- толщина первого функционального металлического слоя составляет от 6 до 12 нм,
- толщина второго функционального металлического слоя составляет от 13 до 20 нм,
- толщина третьего функционального металлического слоя составляет от 13 до 20 нм.
4. Материал по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что система тонких слоев дополнительно содержит по меньшей мере один блокирующий слой, находящийся в контакте с функциональным слоем, выбранный из металлических слоев на основе металла или металлического сплава, металлонитридных слоев, металлоксидных слоев и металлооксинитридных слоев с одним или несколькими элементами, выбранными из титана, никеля, хрома и ниобия, такой как слой Ti, TiN, TiOx, Nb, NbN, Ni, NiN, Cr, CrN, NiCr, NiCrN.
5. Материал по предыдущему пункту, отличающийся тем, что полная толщина всех блокирующих слоев, находящихся в контакте с функциональными слоями, составляет от 0,1 до 2 нм, включая граничные значения.
6. Материал по одному из предыдущих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что диэлектрические покрытия удовлетворяют следующим условиям:
- оптическая толщина первого диэлектрического покрытия M1 составляет от 85 до 150 нм,
- оптическая толщина второго диэлектрического покрытия M2 составляет от 80 до 150 нм,
- оптическая толщина третьего диэлектрического покрытия M3 составляет от 135 до 220 нм,
- оптическая толщина четвертого диэлектрического покрытия M4 составляет от 65 до 120 нм.
7. Материал по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что каждое диэлектрическое покрытие содержит по меньшей мере один диэлектрический слой с функцией барьера на основе соединений кремния и/или алюминия, выбранных из оксидов, таких, как SiO2 и Al2O3, нитридов кремния Si3N4 и AlN и оксинитридов SiOxNy и AlOxNy.
8. Материал по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что каждое диэлектрическое покрытие содержит по меньшей мере один диэлектрический слой со стабилизирующей функцией на основе кристаллического оксида, в частности, на основе оксида цинка, необязательно легированного по меньшей мере одним другим элементом, таким как алюминий.
9. Материал по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что каждый функциональный слой находится выше диэлектрического покрытия, верхний слой которого является диэлектрическим слоем со стабилизирующей функцией, предпочтительно на основе оксида цинка, и/или ниже диэлектрического покрытия, нижний слой которого является диэлектрическим слоем со стабилизирующей функцией, предпочтительно на основе оксида цинка.
10. Материал по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что он содержит систему тонких слоев, содержащую, начиная от прозрачной подложки:
- первое диэлектрическое покрытие, содержащее по меньшей мере один диэлектрический слой с функцией барьера и диэлектрический слой со стабилизирующей функцией,
- необязательно, блокирующий слой,
- первый функциональный слой,
- необязательно, блокирующий слой,
- второе диэлектрическое покрытие, содержащее по меньшей мере один нижний диэлектрический слой со стабилизирующей функцией, диэлектрический слой с функцией барьера и верхний диэлектрический слой со стабилизирующей функцией,
- необязательно, блокирующий слой,
- второй функциональный слой,
- необязательно, блокирующий слой,
- третье диэлектрическое покрытие, содержащее по меньшей мере один нижний диэлектрический слой со стабилизирующей функцией, диэлектрический слой с функцией барьера и верхний диэлектрический слой со стабилизирующей функцией,
- необязательно, блокирующий слой,
- третий функциональный слой,
- необязательно, блокирующий слой,
- четвертое диэлектрическое покрытие, содержащее по меньшей мере один диэлектрический слой со стабилизирующей функцией, диэлектрический слой с функцией барьера и, необязательно, защитный слой.
11. Материал по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что он имеет светопропускание ниже 60,0% и/или отражение света с наружной стороны больше или равное 20,0%.
12. Способ получения материала по одному из предыдущих пунктов, в котором слои системы слоев осаждают методом магнетронного распыления.
13. Стекло, содержащее по меньшей мере один материал по одному из предыдущих п.п. 1-11.
14. Стекло по предыдущему пункту, отличающееся тем, что система тонких слоев расположена в стекле так, что падающий снаружи свет проходит сначала через первое диэлектрическое покрытие, прежде чем пройти через первый функциональный металлический слой.
15. Стекло по любому из пунктов 13 или 14, отличающееся тем, что оно имеет вид монолитного остекления, многослойного стекла или стеклопакета, в частности, однокамерного или двухкамерного стеклопакета.
