Claims (27)
1. Узел гидроопоры для амортизатора транспортного средства, содержащий:
первый участок корпуса, второй участок корпуса, дроссельную шайбу и диафрагму, соединенные вместе, для образования первой камеры и второй камеры в узле гидроопоры;
первый упругий элемент, расположенный на дроссельной шайбе, для образования первой подкамеры в первой камере; и
второй упругий элемент, расположенный на дроссельной шайбе, для образования второй подкамеры во второй камере.
2. Узел гидроопоры по п. 1, дополнительно содержащий:
инерционный канал дроссельной шайбы, образующий путь для текучей среды между первой камерой и второй камерой; и
первую рабочую текучую среду, протекающую между первой камерой и второй камерой, через инерционный канал, во время сжатия или расширения узла гидроопоры.
3. Узел гидроопоры по п. 2, дополнительно содержащий вторую рабочую текучую среду в первой подкамере и/или второй подкамере, причем вторая рабочая текучая среда отличается от первой рабочей текучей среды.
4. Узел гидроопоры по п. 3, в котором первая подкамера включает в себя вторую рабочую текучую среду, и
вторая подкамера включает в себя третью рабочую текучую среду, отличную от первой рабочей текучей среды и второй рабочей текучей среды.
5. Узел гидроопоры по п. 4, дополнительно содержащий:
третий упругий элемент, расположенный на дроссельной шайбе, для образования третьей подкамеры во второй камере; и
четвертый упругий элемент, расположенный на дроссельной шайбе, для образования четвертой подкамеры в первой камере.
6. Узел гидроопоры по п. 5, в котором первая подкамера включает в себя вторую рабочую текучую среду, вторая подкамера включает в себя третью рабочую текучую среду, третья подкамера включает в себя четвертую рабочую текучую среду, и четвертая подкамера включает в себя пятую рабочую текучую среду.
7. Узел гидроопоры по п. 5, в котором отверстие образовано в дроссельной шайбе между первым упругим элементом, вторым упругим элементом, третьим упругим элементом и четвертым упругим элементом.
8. Узел гидроопоры по п. 5, дополнительно содержащий первый узел развязки, расположенный в первой подкамере, и второй узел развязки, расположенный во второй подкамере.
9. Узел гидроопоры по п. 8, в котором первый узел развязки имеет плотность больше плотности второй рабочей текучей среды, чтобы смещать первый узел развязки по направлению к низу первой подкамеры, причем второй узел развязки имеет плотность меньше плотности третьей рабочей текучей среды, чтобы смещать второй узел развязки по направлению к верху второй подкамеры.
10. Узел гидроопоры по п. 6, в котором, по меньшей мере, одна из второй рабочей текучей среды, третьей рабочей текучей среды, четвертой рабочей текучей среды или пятой рабочей текучей среды включает в себя электронно-управляемую текучую среду, при этом узел гидроопоры включает в себя генератор поля для генерирования поля, чтобы изменять вязкость электронно-управляемой текучей среды для изменения характеристики демпфирования узла гидроопоры.
11. Узел гидроопоры по п. 1, настроенный на изолирование частот колебания от около 30 Гц до около 100 Гц.
12. Узел гидроопоры по п. 1, в котором первый упругий элемент и второй упругий элемент имеют различные модули упругости.
13. Устройство амортизации транспортного средства, содержащее:
амортизатор и
узел гидроопоры, функционально соединенный с амортизатором и содержащий первый упругий элемент, второй упругий элемент и диафрагму, причем узел гидроопоры образует первую камеру и вторую камеру, первый упругий элемент образует первую подкамеру в первой камере, а второй упругий элемент образует вторую подкамеру во второй камере.
14. Устройство по п. 13, дополнительно содержащее:
дроссельную шайбу, имеющую инерционный канал, образующий путь для текучей среды между первой камерой и второй камерой; и
первую рабочую текучую среду, протекающую между первой камерой и второй камерой, через инерционный канал, во время сжатия или расширения узла гидроопоры.
15. Устройство по п. 14, дополнительно содержащее вторую рабочую текучую среду в первой подкамере и/или второй подкамере, причем вторая рабочая текучая среда отличается от первой рабочей текучей среды.
