Claims (15)
1. Применение материала, содержащего волокна для противокислородной защиты, которые содержат природную целлюлозу и диалкогольцеллюлозу.
2. Применение материала по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что материал применяют при относительной влажности по меньшей мере 80%.
3. Применение материала по любому из предшествующих пунктов, отличающееся тем, что волокна представляют собой древесные волокна.
4. Материал, содержащий волокна и имеющий плотность по меньшей мере 1200 кг/м3, которые содержат природную целлюлозу и диалкогольцеллюлозу, причем кислородная проницаемость материала согласно стандарту ASTM D3985 составляет менее 30 мл⋅мкм/(м2⋅кПа⋅24 ч) при 23°C и при относительной влажности 80%.
5. Материал по п. 4, отличающийся тем, что волокна могут быть получены способом, включающим стадию, в которой окисляют часть целлюлозы в волокнистой суспензии до диальдегидцеллюлозы с последующим восстановлением диальдегидцеллюлозы для получения диалкогольцеллюлозы.
6. Материал по п. 5, отличающийся тем, что степень превращения в диальдегидцеллюлозу составляет более 13%, к примеру, более 18%, к примеру, более 20%.
7. Материал по п. 5 или 6, отличающийся тем, что степень превращения в диальдегидцеллюлозу составляет менее 60%, к примеру, менее 50%.
8. Материал по любому из пп. 4-7, отличающийся тем, что плотность составляет по меньшей мере 1250 кг/м, к примеру, по меньшей мере 1300 кг/м3.
9. Материал по любому из пп. 4-8, отличающийся тем, что проницаемость кислорода согласно стандарту ASTM D3985 составляет менее 15 мл⋅мкм/(м2⋅кПа⋅24 ч) при 23°C и 80% RH (относительной влажности), к примеру, менее 12 или 10 мл⋅мкм/(м2⋅кПа⋅24 ч) при 23°C и 80% RH.
10. Бумажный лист, содержащий материал по любому из пп. 4-9.
11. Бумажный лист по п. 10, отличающийся тем, что общий коэффициент пропускания составляет по меньшей мере 40%, к примеру, по меньшей мере 50%, к примеру, по меньшей мере 60%, к примеру, по меньшей мере 70%, измеренный при длине волны 550 нм посредством спектрофотометра Shimadzu UV-2550UV-vis, оснащенного опционной интегрирующей сферой.
12. Многослойный материал, к примеру, многослойный упаковочный материал, содержащий бумажный лист по п. 10 или 11.
13. Упаковочный материал, содержащий подложку, снабженную покрытием, содержащий материал по любому из пп. 4-9.
14. Способ формирования компонента упаковки, имеющего трехмерную форму, включающий стадию, в которой прессуют бумажный лист по п. 10 или 11, многослойный материал по п. 12 или упаковочный материал по п. 13 таким образом, что он приобретает трехмерную форму.
15. Способ формирования упаковки, включающий стадию, в которой термически скрепляют бумажный лист по п. 10 или 11, многослойный материал по п. 12 или упаковочный материал по п. 13.
