Claims (17)
1. Порошкообразный полусинтетический материал, произведённый из морского природного биоматериала, с добавками нерастворимых и растворимых биополимеров и карбоната кальция, преобразованного карбонатизацией.

Полусинтетический материал по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что морским природным биоматериалом служит внутренний арагонитный слой раковины двухстворчатых моллюсков, выбранных из группы, содержащей Pinctadines, в частности, Pinctada maxima, margaritifera, и Tridacnes, в частности, Tridacna gigas, maxima, derasa, tevaroa, squamosa, crocea, Hippopus hippopus, Hippopus porcelanus, при этом указанный арагонитный слой имеет порошковую форму.
3. Полусинтетический материал по п. 1 или 2, отличающийся тем, что гранулометрический состав порошкообразного природного биоматериала составляет от 5 нм до 100 мкм, предпочтительно от 20 нм до 50 мкм, более предпочтительно от 50 нм до 20 мкм.

Полусинтетический материал по любому из пп. 1–3, отличающийся тем, что нерастворимые и растворимые биополимеры извлечены из внутреннего арагонитного слоя и/или наружного кальцитового слоя раковины двухстворчатых моллюсков, выбранных из группы, содержащей Pinctadines, в частности, Pinctada maxima, margaritifera, и Tridacnes. в частности, Tridacna gigas, maxima, derasa, tevaroa, squamosa, crocea, Hippopus hippopus, Hippopus porcelanus.
5. Полусинтетический материал по любому из пп. 1–4, отличающийся тем, что преобразованный карбонатизацией карбонат кальция происходит от наземного, морского или осаждённого природного карбоната кальция или от неорганической фракции арагонитного слоя после извлечения нерастворимых и растворимых биополимеров.
6. Полусинтетический материал по любому из пп. 1–5, отличающийся тем, что он является биологически рассасывающимся.
7. Способ приготовления материала по любому из пп. 1–6, включающий в себя смешивание измельчённого природного биоматериала, нерастворимых и растворимых полимеров, извлечённых из внутреннего арагонитного слоя и/или наружного кальцитового слоя раковины двухстворчатых моллюсков, выбранных из группы, содержащей Pinctadines, в частности, Pinctada maxima, margaritifera, и Tridacnes, в частности, Tridacna gigas, maxima, derasa, tevaroa, squamosa, crocea, Hippopus hippopus, Hippopus porcelanus, и преобразованного карбонатизацией карбоната кальция.
8. Способ приготовления по п. 7, отличающийся тем, что измельчённый природный биоматериал получают измельчением внутреннего арагонитного слоя раковины двухстворчатых моллюсков, выбранных из группы, содержащей Pinctadines, в частности, Pinctada maxima, margaritifera, и Tridacnes: Tridacna gigas, maxima, derasa, tevaroa, squamosa, crocea, Hippopus hippopus, Hippopus porcelanus.
9. Способ приготовления по п. 7 или 8, отличающийся тем, что он включает себя этап придания сферичности после измельчения.
10. Способ по любому из пп. 7–9, отличающийся тем, что нерастворимые и растворимые биополимеры извлекаются соответственно посредством суперцентрифугирования и тангенциальной ультрафильтрации в сочетании с обратным осмосом после гидролиза.
11. Способ по п. 10, отличающийся тем, что внутренний арагонитный слой и/или наружный кальцитовый слой раковины моллюсков подвергаются структурированию перед извлечением.
12. Способ по п. 10 или 11, отличающийся тем, что перед извлечением внутренний арагонитный слой и/или наружный кальцитовый слой раковины моллюсков измельчают и просеивают до получения гранулометрического состава от 250 мкм до 50 мкм.
13. Применение порошкообразного полусинтетического материала по любому из пп. 1 – 6 или полученного способом по любому из пп. 7–12 в качестве костного заменителя с приготовлением непосредственно перед применением для заживления или восстановления потерь вещества, лечения ожогов, струпьев, язв, эритемных кожных повреждений или для изготовления устройств или литых имплантатов.
14. Применение порошкообразного полусинтетического материала по любому из пп. 1–6 или полученного способом по любому из пп. 7–12 для изготовления устройств или литых имплантатов с контролируемым биологическим рассасыванием и содержанием шовных нитей с биологическим, распределённым во времени рассасыванием.
15. Применение порошкообразного полусинтетического материала по любому из пп. 1–6 или полученного способом по любому из пп. 7–12 для приготовления препаратов для костных заменителей непосредственно перед применением, для экструдируемых костных заменителей, в частности, размещённых в шприцах в вакууме, для костных заменителей с пористой коллагеновой опорой, костных заменителей с минеральными поперечными нитями животного или человеческого происхождения, устройств остеосинтеза и литых биологически рассасывающихся имплантатов, устройств с контролируемым биологическим рассасыванием, цементов для закрепления эндопротезов, инъецируемых цементов для миниинвазивной хирургии в вертебральной пластике и кифопластике.
16. Применение карбоната кальция после карбонатизации, используемого в материале по любому из пп. 1–6, в виде пластичной, формируемой и липкой добавки в композициях с содержанием солей кальция, природных или синтетических полимеров, коллагена, минеральных поперечных нитей костных тканей животного или человеческого происхождения.
17. Применение извлечённых нерастворимых или растворимых биополимеров, используемых в материале по любому из пп. 1–6, в качестве добавок для порошкообразных композиций, содержащих соли кальция, природные или синтетические полимеры, коллаген, минеральные поперечные нити костных тканей животного или человеческого происхождения.
