Claims (28)
1. Способ уборки и переработки водных гиацинтов, в котором выполняют следующие стадии:
a) водные гиацинты, растущие в водной среде, срезают;
b) водные гиацинты собирают на борту баржи (1) у причала;
c) собранные водные гиацинты перемещают на средство (2) сушки, такое как стеллажи (2) для сушки, около пристани;
d) высушенные гиацинты промывают чистой водой;
e) промытые гиацинты сушат на вибрационных лентах (7) для того, чтобы частично устранить лишнюю воду;
f) водные гиацинты сушат на сушилке (8) при температуре между 50 и 100°C в течение периода между 5 ч и 17 ч;
g) стерилизацию паром при 80-100°C проводят для того, чтобы простерилизовать водные гиацинты и их семена;
h) простерилизованные водные гиацинты и их семена измельчают для того, чтобы сделать их полезными в использовании.
2. Способ уборки и переработки водных гиацинтов по предыдущему пункту, в котором извлекают воду, оставшуюся после сушки на стадии c), указанную остаточную воду обрабатывают посредством УФ стерилизации внутри очистной установки (4) для того, чтобы выпустить ее в первоначальную водную среду водных гиацинтов.
3. Способ уборки и переработки водных гиацинтов по п. 1, в котором чистой водой стадии d) является вода, взятая из первоначальной водной среды водных гиацинтов, при этом указанную взятую воду нагнетают посредством насосной станции (5) и фильтруют через фильтровальную сетку имеющую диаметр отверстий между 6 и 10 мм, чтобы сделать ее чистой для стадии мойки.
4. Способ уборки и переработки водных гиацинтов по п. 1, в котором стадию d) проводят путем промывания высушенных гиацинтов по меньшей мере два раза чистой водой в моечном средстве (6), таком как моечный контейнер (6).
5. Способ уборки и переработки водных гиацинтов по п. 1, в котором после стадии g) стерилизации и перед стадией h) измельчения простерилизованные водные гиацинты сушат с помощью принудительной системы горячего воздуха.
6. Способ уборки и переработки водных гиацинтов по п. 1, в котором после стадии h) измельчения проводят микронизацию полученного измельченного материала для того, чтобы обеспечить его полезное использование в области переработки пластиков или
изоляционных материалов.
7. Способ уборки и переработки водных гиацинтов по п. 1, в котором стадию f) сушки проводят с использованием вертикальной сушилки (8) горячим воздухом.
8. Способ уборки и переработки гиацинтов по п. 1, в котором после стадии f) сушки и перед стадией g) стерилизации высушенные водные гиацинты концентрируют в средстве (9) концентрирования, таком как концентратор.
9. Способ уборки и переработки водных гиацинтов по п. 1, в котором после стадии d) мойки указанных высушенных водных гиацинтов последние разрезают по меньшей мере на три или четыре куска.
10. Установка для уборки и переработки водного гиацинта, при этом она содержит:
- плавающую баржу (1) около пристани, причем указанная баржа (1) оборудована средством разрезания водных гиацинтов, средством (110) сбора и хранения разрезанных водных гиацинтов и средством (3) переноса указанных водных гиацинтов на пристань;
- средство (2) сушки, направленное на сушку собранных водных гиацинтов, указанное средство (3) переноса направлено на перенос указанных водных гиацинтов в указанное средство (2) сушки;
- моечное средство (6);
- средство перемещения высушенных водных гиацинтов в указанное моечное средство (6);
- дополнительное средство сушки;
- средство (8) сушки на выходе из указанного дополнительного средства сушки;
- средство (9) концентрирования высушенных водных гиацинтов на выходе из указанного средства (8) сушки;
- средство (10) стерилизации концентрированных водный гиацинт на выходе из указанного средства (9) концентрирования;
- средство (11) измельчения простерилизованных водных гиацинтов на выходе из указанного средства (10) стерилизации.
