Claims (22)
1. Способ комбинированного получения смеси водорода и азота, а также монооксида углерода и, необязательно, метана при помощи криогенной дистилляции и криогенной промывки, в котором:
i) смесь (1) газов, содержащую по меньшей мере водород, монооксид углерода, метан и, необязательно, азот, охлаждают в теплообменнике (7),
ii) эту охлажденную смесь направляют в скрубберную колонну (15),
iii) обогащенную метаном жидкость (45) вводят на первый промежуточный уровень скрубберной колонны в качестве первой промывной жидкости,
iv) по меньшей мере одну обогащенную азотом жидкость (73, 91) вводят на уровень выше первого уровня скрубберной колонны в качестве второй промывной жидкости,
v) смесь водорода и азота отводят в виде верхнего газа (27) из скрубберной колонны,
vi) кубовую жидкость (17) отводят из скрубберной колонны и направляют в отпарную колонну (31),
vii) жидкость (28, 75) отводят с уровня в промежуточной секции скрубберной колонны и направляют либо в теплообменник, либо в линию верхнего газа из отпарной колонны, либо во вторую отпарную колонну,
viii) кубовую жидкость (35) отводят из отпарной колонны и направляют в колонну (37) для разделения монооксида углерода и метана,
ix) по меньшей мере одна часть кубовой жидкости (41, 45) из разделительной колонны составляет жидкость на этапе iii), и
x) текучую среду (53), обогащенную монооксидом углерода, отводят из разделительной колонны.
2. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что способ проводят при низкой температуре
i) по меньшей мере частично за счет расширения в турбине (67) по меньшей мере одной части текучей среды, обогащенной монооксидом углерода, или по меньшей мере одной части верхнего газа из отпарной колонны, и/или
ii) по меньшей мере частично за счет смешивания верхнего газа из скрубберной колонны с обогащенной азотом жидкостью (73A, 73B, 73C), поступающей из внешнего источника, при промежуточной температуре теплообменника (7) и/или при температуре холодного и/или горячего конца теплообменника.
3. Способ по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что скрубберная колонна (15), отпарная колонна (31) и разделительная колонна (37) находятся в одном изолированном замкнутом пространстве.
4. Способ по одному из предыдущих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что смесь (1) газов содержит не более 0,4 мол.% метана и составляет единственный источник метана для способа.
5. Способ по одному из предыдущих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что часть (43) кубовой жидкости из разделительной колонны извлекают в виде обогащенного метаном продукта в жидкой форме или в газообразной форме после его испарения в теплообменнике (7).
6. Способ по одному из предыдущих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что обогащенная азотом жидкость (73) из этапа iv) поступает из внешнего источника и не содержится в смеси газов выше по ходу потока относительно теплообменника (7).
7. Способ по одному из предыдущих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что обогащенную азотом жидкость (73, 91) направляют в верхнюю часть скрубберной колонны.
8. Способ по одному из предыдущих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что газ, отведенный из промежуточной области скрубберной колонны, охлаждают жидкостью, обогащенной монооксидом углерода, отведенной из разделительной колонны, и причем охлажденный газ направляют обратно в скрубберную колонну.
9. Способ по одному из предыдущих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что верхний газ (27) из скрубберной колонны содержит по меньшей мере пять или даже по меньшей мере девять частей водорода на одну часть азота и, необязательно, его обогащают азотом для обеспечения трех частей водорода.
10. Устройство для комбинированного получения смеси водорода и азота, а также монооксида углерода, необязательно, метана и, необязательно, азота при помощи криогенной дистилляции, которое содержит теплообменник (7), скрубберную колонну (15), отпарную колонну (31), колонну (37) для разделения монооксида углерода и метана, линию для направления подлежащей охлаждению смеси (1) газов, содержащей по меньшей мере водород, монооксид углерода и метан, линию для направления охлажденной смеси из теплообменника в скрубберную колонну, линию для введения обогащенной метаном жидкости на первый промежуточный уровень скрубберной колонны в качестве первой промывной жидкости, линию для введения обогащенной азотом жидкости на уровень выше первого уровня скрубберной колонны в качестве второй промывной жидкости, линию для отведения смеси водорода и азота в виде верхнего газа из скрубберной колонны, линию для отведения кубовой жидкости из скрубберной колонны и для направления кубовой жидкости из скрубберной колонны в отпарную колонну, линию для отведения жидкости (28, 75) с уровня в промежуточной секции скрубберной колонны и ее направления либо в теплообменник, либо в линию верхнего газа из отпарной колонны, либо во вторую отпарную колонну (77), линию для отведения кубовой жидкости из отпарной колонны и ее направления в колонну для разделения монооксида углерода и метана, при этом по меньшей мере одна часть кубовой жидкости из разделительной колонны составляет обогащенную метаном жидкость, и линию для отведения текучей среды, обогащенной монооксидом углерода, из разделительной колонны.
