Claims (44)
1. Устройство, содержащее:
сухой бустер; и
ограничитель потока, включающий в себя
первую трубку, имеющую впускное отверстие первой трубки, выпускное отверстие первой трубки, длину первой трубки и радиус первой трубки, и
вторую трубку, имеющую впускное отверстие второй трубки, выпускное отверстие второй трубки, длину второй трубки и радиус второй трубки;
причем выпускное отверстие первой трубки и выпускное отверстие второй трубки соединены с сухим бустером.
2. Устройство по п. 1, в котором впускное отверстие первой трубки выполнено с возможностью прямого или непрямого соединения с первым просветом эндоскопа и впускное отверстие второй трубки выполнено с возможностью прямого или непрямого соединения со вторым просветом эндоскопа.
3. Устройство по п. 2, в котором длина первой трубки составляет от приблизительно 10 мм до 20 мм.
4. Устройство по п. 3, в котором радиус первой трубки составляет от приблизительно 2,5 мм до 9 мм.
5. Устройство по п. 4, в котором радиус второй трубки составляет от приблизительно 0,25 мм до примерно 1 мм.
6. Устройство по п. 5, в котором длина второй трубки составляет от приблизительно 20 мм до приблизительно 5000 мм.
7. Устройство по п. 6, в котором длина первой трубки составляет приблизительно 20 мм и радиус первой трубки составляет приблизительно 6 мм.
8. Устройство по п. 7, в котором радиус второй трубки составляет приблизительно 0,25 мм и длина второй трубки составляет приблизительно 20 мм.
9. Устройство по п. 8, дополнительно содержащее катушку, причем по меньшей мере вторая трубка намотана вокруг катушки.
10. Устройство по п. 9, дополнительно содержащее адаптер, причем выпускное отверстие первой трубки и выпускное отверстие второй трубки соединены с сухим бустером посредством адаптера.
11. Способ стерилизации эндоскопа, включающий:
обеспечение
эндоскопа, имеющего первый просвет и второй просвет, расположенные в нем, причем первый просвет имеет первый радиус, а второй просвет имеет второй радиус, который по меньшей мере в два раза больше первого радиуса,
ограничителя потока, имеющего первый конец и второй конец, и
и сухого бустера;
соединение первого конца ограничителя потока с эндоскопом и второго конца ограничителя потока с сухим бустером;
размещение эндоскопа, соединенного с сухим бустером и ограничителем потока, в вакуумной камере стерилизатора;
закрытие вакуумной камеры;
проведение цикла стерилизации для эндоскопа, соединенного с сухим бустером и ограничителем потока, с использованием газообразного стерилизующего средства;
протекание стерилизующего средства через первый просвет с первой скоростью потока; и
протекание стерилизующего средства через второй просвет со второй скоростью потока;
при этом поток через первый просвет может быть на 25% выше или ниже скорости потока через второй просвет.
12. Способ по п. 11, в котором первая скорость потока и вторая скорость потока равны.
13. Способ по п. 11, в котором стадия размещения эндоскопа в вакуумной камере включает сначала помещение эндоскопа в стерилизационный пакет.
14. Способ по п. 11, в котором стадия размещения эндоскопа в вакуумной камере включает сначала помещение эндоскопа в лоток для стерилизации.
15. Способ по п. 11, в котором газообразное стерилизующее средство включает пероксид водорода.
16. Способ изготовления ограничителя потока, предусматривающий
обеспечение первой трубки, имеющей первую длину и первый радиус, и второй трубки, имеющей вторую длину и второй радиус, который меньше первого радиуса;
соединение первой трубки с первым каналом эндоскопа;
соединение второй трубки со вторым каналом эндоскопа, который имеет больший объем, чем первый канал эндоскопа;
соединение первой трубки и второй трубки с источником газа или жидкости;
определение первой скорости потока через первую трубку и второй скорости потока через вторую трубку;
сравнение первой скорости потока со второй скоростью потока;
определение, превышает ли первая скорость потока вторую скорость потока; и
регулирование второй длины.
17. Способ по п. 16, в котором стадия определения, превышает ли первая скорость потока вторую скорость потока, включает определение, превышает ли вторая скорость потока первую скорость потока, и стадия регулирования второй длины включает замену второй трубки третьей трубкой, которая имеет третью длину, превышающую вторую длину.
18. Способ по п. 16, в котором стадия определения, превышает ли первая скорость потока вторую скорость потока, включает определение, оказывается ли вторая скорость потока меньше первой скорости потока, и стадия регулирования второй длины включает удаление участка второй трубки.
19. Способ по п. 18, в котором стадию удаления участка второй трубки осуществляют отрезанием участка.
20. Способ по п. 19, дополнительно включающий наматывание части второй трубки на катушку.
