Claims (35)
1. Сополимер, содержащий
а) от 0,1 до 20 мас. % звеньев, образованных из одного или большего количества соединений формулы (I), в пересчете на полную массу сополимера,
в которой R=Н или СnН2n+1 (n=от 1 до 6) и x = от 6 до 10,
и b) от 60 до 99,9 мас. % звеньев, образованных из одного или большего количества алкил(мет)акрилатов, в которых алкильная группа содержит от 1 до 40 атомов углерода, в пересчете на полную массу сополимера.
2. Сополимер по п. 1, где сополимер дополнительно содержит c) звенья, образованные из одного или большего количества нефункционализированных альфа-олефинов формулы СnН2n, в которой n = от 8 до 12, предпочтительно, если n=10.
3. Сополимер по п. 1 или 2, в котором в звеньях, образованных из одного или большего количества соединений формулы (I), R=Н или СН3, предпочтительно, если R=Н.
4. Сополимер по любому из пп. 1-3, в котором в звеньях, образованных из одного или большего количества соединений формулы (I), х=8.
5. Сополимер по любому из пп. 1-4, где сополимер содержит звенья, образованные из одного или большего количества соединений формулы (I), в полном количестве, составляющем от 0,5 до 20 мас. % в пересчете на полную массу сополимера.
6. Сополимер по любому из пп. 1-5, где сополимер содержит звенья, образованные из одного или большего количества алкил(мет)акрилатов в полном количестве, составляющем от 60 до 97 мас. % в пересчете на полную массу сополимера.
7. Сополимер по любому из пп. 1-6, в котором звенья, образованные из одного или большего количества алкил(мет)акрилатов, включают
(i) от 0 до 40 мас. % звеньев, образованных из одного или большего количества алкил(мет)акрилатных мономеров формулы (II), в пересчете на полную массу алкил(мет)акрилатов
в которой R обозначает водород или метил, R1 обозначает линейный, разветвленный или циклические алкильный остаток, содержащий от 1 до 6 атомов углерода,
и
(ii) не менее 10 мас. % звеньев, образованных из одного или большего количества алкил(мет)акрилатов формулы (III), в пересчете на полную массу алкил(мет)акрилатов
в которой R обозначает водород или метил, R2 обозначает линейный, разветвленный или циклические алкильный остаток, содержащий от 7 до 15 атомов углерода,
и (iii) от 0 до 40 мас. % звеньев, образованных из одного или большего количества алкил(мет)акрилатных мономеров формулы (IV), в пересчете на полную массу алкил(мет)акрилатов
в которой R обозначает водород или метил, R3 обозначает линейный, разветвленный или циклические алкильный остаток, содержащий 16-40 атомов углерода.
8. Сополимер по любому из пп. 1-7, в котором звенья, образованные из одного или большего количества алкил(мет)акрилатов, включают по меньшей мере два разных типа звеньев, образованных из одного или большего количества алкил(мет)акрилатных мономеров формулы (III)
в которой R обозначает водород или метил, R2 обозначает линейный, разветвленный или циклические алкильный остаток, содержащий от 7 до 15 атомов углерода.
9. Сополимер по любому из пп. 2-8, где сополимер содержит звенья, образованные из одного или большего количества нефункционализированных альфа-олефинов формулы СnН2n в которой n = от 8 до 12, в полном количестве, составляющем от 0,5 до 40 мас. %, предпочтительно от 0,5 до 30 мас. %, более предпочтительно от 3 до 30 мас. % в пересчете на полную массу сополимера.
10. Способ получения сополимера по любому из пп. 1-9, включающий стадию сополимеризации смеси мономеров, смесь мономеров содержит
а. одно или большее количество соединений формулы (I)
в которой R=Н или CnH2n+1 (n=от 1 до 6) и х = от 6 до 10,
b. один или большее количество алкил(мет)акрилатов, в которых алкильная группа содержит от 1 до 40 атомов углерода, и необязательно
c. один или большее количество нефункционализированных альфа-олефинов формулы СnН2n, в которой n = от 8 до 12.
11. Смазочная композиция, содержащая сополимер по любому из пп. 1-9.
12. Смазочная композиция по п. 11, содержащая от 0,01 до 50 мас. %, предпочтительно от 0,5 до 40 мас. % сополимера в пересчете на полную массу смазочной композиции.
13. Применение сополимера по любому из пп. 1-9 в смазочных композициях для уменьшения износа.
14. Применение смазочной композиции по п. 11 или 12 в качестве трансмиссионной жидкости для автоматической коробки передач, трансмиссионной жидкости для бесступенчатой коробки передач, моторного масла, трансмиссионного масла или гидравлического масла.
