Claims (32)
1. Удерживающее устройство (300) с крюками, включающее в себя:
упругую пленку (310), проходящую в продольном направлении; и
пластмассовую ленту (100), проходящую в продольном направлении и содержащую основание (51), имеющее нижнюю поверхность (512) и верхнюю поверхность (511), и включающую в себя множество удерживающих элементов, проходящих от указанной верхней поверхности (511);
отличающееся тем, что
пленка (310), основание (51) и удерживающие элементы образованы как одно целое посредством экструзии, и упругая пленка (310) имеет остаточную деформацию меньше 30%.
2. Удерживающее устройство (300) по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что пленка (310), основание (51) и удерживающие элементы образованы как одно целое посредством одновременного и/или последовательного выполнения операций экструзии.
3. Удерживающее устройство (300) по п. 1 или 2, отличающееся тем, что переход между упругой пленкой (310) и основанием (51) ленты (100) около верхней поверхности и/или нижней поверхности является непрерывным.
4. Удерживающее устройство (300) по любому из пп. 1 – 3, отличающееся тем, что пластмассовая лента (100) и упругая пленка (310) образуют промежуточный слой, имеющий нижнюю поверхность и верхнюю поверхность, причем указанное устройство также содержит слой нетканого материала (200), прикрепленный к нижней поверхности промежуточного слоя.
5. Удерживающее устройство (300) по п. 4, отличающееся тем, что прикрепление осуществлено посредством частичного заключения слоя нетканого материала (200) в указанном промежуточном слое.
6. Удерживающее устройство (300) по п. 5, отличающееся тем, что частичное заключение выполнено в упругой пленке (310) указанного промежуточного слоя.
7. Удерживающее устройство (300) по п. 5 или 6, отличающееся тем, что частичное заключение выполнено в пластмассовой ленте (100) указанного промежуточного слоя.
8. Удерживающее устройство (300) по любому из пп. 1 – 7, отличающееся тем, что также содержит опорный слой (330), прикрепленный к верхней поверхности промежуточного слоя.
9. Удерживающее устройство (300) по п. 8, отличающееся тем, что опорный слой (330) прикреплен к верхней поверхности промежуточного слоя адгезивом (340).
10. Удерживающее устройство (300) по любому из пп. 4 – 9, отличающееся тем, что, по меньшей мере, одна из поверхностей промежуточного слоя, к которым относятся нижняя поверхность и/или верхняя поверхность промежуточного слоя, имеет элементы, выступающие от указанной поверхности, причем эти выступающие элементы отличаются от удерживающих элементов.
11. Удерживающее устройство (300) по п. 10, отличающееся тем, что выступающие элементы имеют форму зубцов.
12. Удерживающее устройство (300) по любому из пп. 1 – 11, отличающееся тем, что основание пластмассовой ленты (100) имеет толщину 10 – 700 мкм, где толщина является расстоянием между верхней поверхностью (511) и нижней поверхностью (512) основания (51), причем каждый из удерживающих элементов образован ножкой (52) и головкой (53), ножка (52) имеет нижний конец (521), соединенный с основанием (51), и верхний конец (522) напротив нижнего конца (521), причем головка (53) расположена над верхним концом (522) ножки (52) и имеет нижнюю поверхность, обращенную к основанию (51), и верхнюю поверхность, противоположную нижней поверхности, и верхняя поверхность головки (53) каждого удерживающего элемента включает в себя ребро (81, 82).
13. Удерживающее устройство (300) по любому из пп. 4 – 12, отличающееся тем, что нетканый материал (200) активируется.
14. Способ формирования удерживающего устройства (300) с крюками, включающий в себя этапы, на которых:
подают в формующее устройство (1, 2) пластмассу в расплавленном состоянии для образования ленты (100), имеющей основание (51) и удерживающие элементы, выступающие от поверхности указанного основания (51); и
подают упругий материал в расплавленном состоянии;
так что пластмассовую ленту (100), упругую пленку (310) и удерживающие элементы получают как одно целое посредством экструзии, причем лента (100) из пластмассы и упругая пленка (310) образуют промежуточный слой, и упругая пленка (310) имеет остаточную деформацию меньше 30%.
15. Способ по п. 14, в котором упругая пленка (310) образована для продолжения основания (51) ленты (100).
16. Способ по п. 14 или 15, в котором после получения промежуточного слоя выполняют этап наложения слоя нетканого материала (200) на нижнюю поверхность промежуточного слоя перед отверждением указанной нижней поверхности промежуточного слоя, так чтобы части волокон и/или нитей слоя нетканого материала (200) проникали, по меньшей мере, частично в промежуточный слой.
17. Способ по п. 16, в котором во время этапа наложения слоя нетканого материала (200) на нижнюю поверхность промежуточного слоя слой нетканого материала (200) имеет температуру окружающей среды, и температуру нижней поверхности промежуточного слоя получают исключительно в результате выполнения этапа получения промежуточного слоя.
18. Способ по любому из пп. 14 – 17, включающий в себя этап, на котором накладывают опорный слой (330) на верхнюю поверхность промежуточного слоя, причем опорный слой (330), например, выполняют из нетканого материала.
19. Способ по п. 18, в котором опорный слой (330) прикрепляют к верхней поверхности промежуточного слоя.
20. Способ по любому из пп. 14 – 19, в котором перед формированием промежуточного слоя опорный слой (330) размещают, по меньшей мере, на части формующего устройства (1).
21. Способ по любому из пп. 16 – 20, включающий в себя предшествующий этап активации слоя (слоев) нетканого материала (220, 330).
22. Способ по любому из пп. 15 – 21, в котором перед подачей материала обеспечивают наличие формующей ленты (1), имеющей внутреннюю поверхность (11) и наружную поверхность (12) и множество полостей (13), причем каждая полость (13) определяет ножку (14), проходящую от наружной поверхности (12) к внутренней поверхности (11) и включающую в себя конец, формирующий головку (15), проходящую от конца ножки (14) к внутренней поверхности (11) формующей ленты (1), и формующая лента (1) расположена на поворотном приводном средстве (2), содержащем по меньшей мере два ролика (21, 22), причем внутренняя поверхность (11) формующей ленты (1) расположена с возможностью прижатия к приводному средству (2);
формовочный материал подают средством (3) раздачи материала, установленным и обращенным к формующей ленте (1) так, чтобы определить зазор между средством (3) раздачи материала и формующей лентой (1), причем формовочный материал подают так, чтобы заполнить указанный зазор и полости (13) формовочным материалом для образования ленты (100), содержащей основание (51) толщиной, которая определяется зазором, и первые преформы, выступающие от указанного основания (51), каждая из которых содержит ножку (52) и головку (53), причем первые преформы образуются пластмассой в полостях (13) формующей полосы (1); и
после подачи материала выполняют этап расформовки, на котором ленту (100) и первые преформы расформовывают так, чтобы пластически деформировать первые преформы и получить вторые преформы, форма которых отличается от формы первых преформ.
23. Способ по п. 22, в котором после этапа расформовки выполняют этап формирования, во время которого расформованную ленту (100) вставляют в формирующее устройство (7) для изменения формы головок (53) вторых преформ посредством формирования.
