Claims (48)
1. Пленка, ориентированная в машинном направлении, содержащая мультимодальный сополимер этилена и по меньшей мере двух альфа-олефиновых сомономеров, имеющий:
a) плотность от 906 до 925 кг/м3, определенную в соответствии с ISO 1183,
b) MFR21 10-200 г/10 мин, определенный в соответствии с ISO 1133,
причем указанный мультимодальный сополимер этилена содержит
c) первый сополимер этилена и первый альфа-олефиновый сомономер, содержащий от 4 до 10 атомов углерода; и
d) второй сополимер этилена, содержащий альфа-олефиновый сомономер, отличный от первого сополимера, причем указанный второй альфа-олефиновый сомономер содержит от 6 до 10 атомов углерода.
2. Пленка, ориентированная в машинном направлении, содержащая мультимодальный сополимер этилена и по меньшей мере двух альфа-олефиновых сомономеров, имеющий:
a) плотность от 906 до 925 кг/м3, определенную в соответствии с ISO 1183,
b) MFR21 10-200 г/10 мин, определенный в соответствии с ISO 1133,
причем указанный мультимодальный сополимер этилена содержит
c) первый сополимер этилена, содержащий по меньшей мере первую и вторую фракцию; указанная первая фракция содержит этилен и первый альфа-олефиновый сомономер, содержащий от 4 до 10 атомов углерода, и указанная вторая фракция содержит этилен и первый альфа-олефиновый сомономер, содержащий от 4 до 10 атомов углерода; и
d) второй сополимер этилена, содержащий альфа-олефиновый сомономер, отличный от первого сополимера, причем указанный второй альфа-олефиновый сомономер содержит от 6 до 10 атомов углерода.
3. Пленка, ориентированная в машинном направлении, содержащая мультимодальный сополимер этилена и по меньшей мере двух альфа-олефиновых сомономеров, имеющий:
a) плотность от 906 до 925 кг/м3, определенную в соответствии с ISO 1183,
b) MFR21 10-200 г/10 мин, определенный в соответствии с ISO 1133,
причем указанный мультимодальный сополимер этилена содержит
c) первый сополимер этилена, содержащий по меньшей мере первую и вторую фракцию; указанная первая фракция содержит этилен и первый альфа-олефиновый сомономер, содержащий от 4 до 10 атомов углерода, и указанная вторая фракция содержит этилен и первый альфа-олефиновый сомономер, содержащий от 4 до 10 атомов углерода; и
d) второй сополимер этилена, содержащий альфа-олефиновый сомономер, отличный от первого сополимера, причем указанный второй альфа-олефиновый сомономер, содержащий от 6 до 10 атомов углерода, имеет плотность менее 900 кг/м3, рассчитанную в соответствии с уравнением 5, на основании значений, определенных в соответствии с ISO 1183.
4. MDO пленка по любому из предшествующих пунктов, растянутая одноосно в машинном направлении (MD) со степенью вытяжки по меньшей мере 1:1,5, например, по меньшей мере 1:2.
5. MDO пленка по любому из предшествующих пунктов, отличающаяся тем, что первая и вторая фракция первого сополимера этилена и первого альфа-олефинового сомономера получены в двух последовательных стадиях.
6. MDO пленка по любому из предшествующих пунктов, отличающаяся тем, что мультимодальный сополимер этилена содержит
50% мас. или менее первого сополимера этилена;
50% мас. или более второго сополимера этилена.
7. MDO пленка по любому из предшествующих пунктов, отличающаяся тем, что первый сополимер этилена имеет
i) плотность от 945 до 955 кг/м3; и
ii) показатель текучести расплава MFR2 от 150 до 1500 г/10 мин.
8. MDO пленка по п. 1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что второй сополимер этилена имеет плотность =< 903 кг/м3,
рассчитанную по Уравнению 3 на основании значений, определенных в соответствии с ISO 1183.
9. MDO пленка по любому из предшествующих пунктов, отличающаяся тем, что второй сополимер этилена имеет MFR21 < 20 г/10 мин, рассчитанный в соответствии с Уравнением 4: по формуле Хагстрома.
10. MDO пленка по любому из предшествующих пунктов, имеющая толщину от 10 до 30 мкм после вытяжки.
11. MDO пленка по любому из предшествующих пунктов, имеющая одно или более из следующих свойств:
прочность на раздир по Элмендорфу по меньшей мере 310 Н/мм в поперечном направлении, например, по меньшей мере 375 Н/мм;
прочность на раздир по Элмендорфу по меньшей мере 90 Н/мм в машинном направлении, например, по меньшей мере 100 Н/мм;
таким образом, нормированное пиковое усилие может составлять от 2000 до 3500 Н/мм, например, от 2250 до 2750 Н/мм;
нормированная энергия для пикового усилия составляет от 30 до 120 Дж/мм, например, от 50 до 120 Дж/мм; и/или
нормированная общая энергия проникновения может составлять от 30 до 90 Дж/мм, например, от 35 до 80 Дж/мм.
12. Применение MDO пленки по пп. 1-11 при упаковке силоса.
13. Способ получения пленки, ориентированной в машинном направлении, по пп. 1-11, включающий:
в первом реакторе - полимеризацию этилена и первого альфа-олефинового сомономера, содержащего от 4 до 10 атомов углерода, с получением первой полиэтиленовой фракции;
во втором реакторе и в присутствии первой полиэтиленовой фракции - полимеризацию этилена и указанного первого альфа-олефинового сомономера, содержащего от 4 до 10 атомов углерода, с получением второй полиэтиленовой фракции, причем указанная первая и вторая полиэтиленовые фракции образуют первый сополимер этилена;
в третьем реакторе и в присутствии первого сополимера этилена - полимеризацию этилена и второго альфа-олефинового сомономера, отличного от первого альфа-олефинового сомономера, причем указанный второй альфа-олефиновый сомономер содержит от 6 до 10 атомов углерода, с получением второго сополимера этилена;
указанный первый и второй сополимеры этилена образуют мультимодальный сополимер этилена и по меньшей мере двух альфа-олефиновых сомономеров, который имеет:
a) плотность от 906 до 925 кг/м3, определенную в соответствии с ISO 1183,
b) MFR21 10-200 г/10 мин, определенный в соответствии с ISO 1133,
раздув указанного мультимодального сополимера этилена с получением первой пленки;
растягивание указанной первой пленки в машинном направлении со степенью вытяжки по меньшей мере 1:1,5.
14. Способ по п. 13, отличающийся тем, что второй сополимер этилена не содержит остаток альфа-олефина, содержащий менее 6 атомов углерода, или отличающийся тем, что существует по меньшей мере один альфа-олефин, содержащийся во втором сополимере этилена, который отличен от любого альфа-олефина, содержащегося в указанном первом сополимере этилена.
15. Тюк, содержащий силос или предшественник силоса, упакованный в MDO пленку по пп. 1-11.
