Claims (15)
1. Устройство (30) для вращения жидкости внутри распылительной насадки (2), содержащее корпус (32), имеющий по меньшей мере один спиралевидный паз (34) и/или спиралевидное отверстие (33) для прохождения всего расхода или части расхода жидкости.
2. Устройство по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что ограничивающая поверхность (S32) корпуса имеет поперечное сечение круглой или эллиптической формы.
3. Устройство по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что ограничивающая поверхность (S32) корпуса является по меньшей мере частично цилиндрической (S32a) и/или усеченно-конической (S32b).
4. Устройство по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что ограничивающая поверхность (S32) корпуса содержит цилиндрическую верхнюю часть (S32a) и усеченно-коническую нижнюю часть (S32b).
5. Устройство по любому из пп. 1-4, отличающееся тем, что указанное устройство дополнительно содержит ручку (36), диаметр которой меньше диаметра корпуса (32).
6. Устройство по любому из пп. 1-4, отличающееся тем, что длина ручки (36) больше или равна 5 мм.
7. Устройство по любому из пп. 1-4, отличающееся тем, что указанное устройство содержит центральное сквозное отверстие (38) для прохождения игольчатого клапана (22), закрывающего распылительную насадку (2).
8. Устройство по любому из пп. 1-4, отличающееся тем, что выполнено методом 3D печати.
9. Устройство по любому из пп. 1-4, отличающееся тем, что корпус содержит цилиндрическую верхнюю часть и усеченно-коническую нижнюю часть, и каждый спиралевидный паз (34) проходит непрерывно по поверхности цилиндрической верхней части и по поверхности усеченно-конической нижней части.
10. Устройство по любому из пп. 1-4, отличающееся тем, что корпус содержит цилиндрическую верхнюю часть и усеченно-коническую нижнюю часть, и каждое спиралевидное отверстие (33) проходит непрерывно по поверхности цилиндрической верхней части и по поверхности усеченно-конической нижней части корпуса (32).
11. Узел, содержащий устройство по любому из пп. 1-4 и элемент из числа следующих: распылительную насадку или игольчатый клапан, закрывающий распылительную насадку, отличающийся тем, что устройство и указанный элемент прикреплены друг к другу или выполнены в виде единой детали.
12. Устройство для нанесения покрытия, содержащее узел по п. 11 или устройство по пп. 1-4.
13. Устройство для нанесения покрытия по п. 12, отличающееся тем, что выполнено в виде ручного или автоматического пистолета-распылителя.
14. Устройство для нанесения покрытия по п. 12, отличающееся тем, что установлено неподвижно внутри канала (6) для прохода жидкости, образуемого распылительной насадкой (2), при этом канал (6) для прохода жидкости образует корпус (60, 62), в который вставляется устройство (30), форма которого соответствует форме ограничивающей поверхности (S32) корпуса (32) устройства.
15. Устройство для нанесения покрытия по п. 12, отличающееся тем, что содержит распылительную насадку (2), которая образует канал (6) для прохода жидкости, который содержит расширяющийся и закругленный эжекторный сегмент.
