Claims (53)
1. Композиция для ухода за полостью рта, содержащая:
a. основную аминокислоту в свободной или солевой форме, где аминокислота выбрана из аргинина, лизина и их комбинаций;
b. оксид цинка и цитрат цинка;
c. источник фторида;
d. глицерин.
2. Композиция для ухода за полостью рта по п.1, где основная аминокислота представляет собой аргинин, и где аргинин характеризуется L-конфигурацией.
3. Композиция для ухода за полостью рта по п.1, где аминокислота представляет собой аргинин, и где аргинин присутствует в количестве, составляющем от 1 до 15%, при этом вес основной аминокислоты рассчитан для свободной формы.
4. Композиция для ухода за полостью рта по п.1, где аминокислота представляет собой аргинин, присутствующий в количестве от приблизительно 1,5 вес. %.
5. Композиция для ухода за полостью рта по п.1, где аминокислота представляет собой аргинин в свободной форме.
6. Композиция для ухода за полостью рта по п.1, где аминокислота представляет собой аргинин или лизин частично или полностью в солевой форме.
7. Композиция для ухода за полостью рта по п.1, где отношение количества оксида цинка (в вес. %) к цитрату цинка (в вес. %) составляет 2:1, 2,5:1, 3:1, 3,5:1 или 4:1, при этом отношение приведено по весу всей композиции.
8. Композиция для ухода за полостью рта по п.7, где отношение количества оксида цинка (в вес. %) к цитрату цинка (в вес. %) составляет 2:1.
9. Композиция для ухода за полостью рта по п.1, где цитрат цинка присутствует в количестве от 0,25 до 1,0 вес. %, и оксид цинка может присутствовать в количестве от 0,75 до 1,25 вес. % в пересчете на вес композиции для ухода за полостью рта.
10. Композиция для ухода за полостью рта по п.1, где цитрат цинка присутствует в количестве приблизительно 0,5 вес. %, и цинк присутствует в количестве приблизительно 1,0%, в пересчете на вес композиции для ухода за полостью рта.
11. Композиция для ухода за полостью рта по п.1, где источник фторида представляет собой фторид натрия.
12. Композиция для ухода за полостью рта по п.1, где глицерин присутствует в количестве от 25 до 40% в пересчете на вес композиции для ухода за полостью рта.
13. Композиция для ухода за полостью рта по п.12, где глицерин присутствует в количестве приблизительно 35% по весу.
14. Композиция для ухода за полостью рта по п.12, где глицерин присутствует в количестве приблизительно 26% по весу.
15. Композиция для ухода за полостью рта по п.1, где композиция дополнительно содержит сорбит.
16. Композиция по п.15, где сорбит присутствует в количестве приблизительно 13% по весу, и глицерин присутствует в количестве приблизительно 26% по весу.
17. Композиция для ухода за полостью рта по п.1, содержащая:
a. приблизительно 1,0% оксида цинка;
b. приблизительно 0,5% цитрата цинка;
c. приблизительно 1,5% L-аргинина;
d. приблизительно 0,32% фторида натрия и
e. приблизительно 35% глицерина.
18. Композиция для ухода за полостью рта по п.1, содержащая:
a. приблизительно 1,0% оксида цинка;
b. приблизительно 0,5% цитрата цинка;
c. приблизительно 5% L-аргинина;
d. приблизительно 0,32% фторида натрия;
e. приблизительно 26% глицерина и
f. приблизительно 13% сорбита.
19. Композиция для ухода за полостью рта по п.1, выбранная из группы, состоящей из зубной пасты или средства для чистки зубов, ополаскивателя для полости рта или средства для полоскания рта, геля для местного применения в полости рта и очищающего средства для зубных протезов.
20. Композиция для ухода за полостью рта по п.1, где композиция получена или является получаемой путем объединения ингредиентов, как описано для любой из предыдущих композиций.
21. Применение композиции для ухода за полостью рта по п.1 в изготовлении лекарственного препарата для применения в полости рта субъекта, нуждающегося в этом, для улучшения здоровья ротовой полости и/или для:
i. уменьшения интенсивности или подавления образования кариеса зубов,
ii. уменьшения интенсивности, восстановления или подавления ранних повреждений зубной эмали, например, выявляемых с помощью количественной светоиндуцированной флуоресценции (QLF) или электродиагностики кариеса (ECM),
iii. уменьшения интенсивности или подавления деминерализации и обеспечения реминерализации зубов,
iv. уменьшения повышенной чувствительности зубов,
v. уменьшения интенсивности или подавления гингивита,
vi. обеспечения заживления ран или порезов во рту,
vii. уменьшения уровней кислотообразующих бактерий,
viii. повышения относительных уровней аргинолитических бактерий,
ix. подавления образования микробных биопленок в полости рта,
x. повышения и/или поддержания значения рН образования зубного налета на уровнях, соответствующих по меньшей мере рН 5,5, вследствие проблемы, связанной с присутствием сахара,
xi. уменьшения накопления зубного налета,
xii. лечения сухости во рту,
xiii. улучшения общего здоровья организма, включая состояние сердечно-сосудистой системы,
xiv. отбеливания зубов,
xv. уменьшения эрозии зубов,
xvi. обеспечения устойчивости (или защиты) зубов против бактерий, вызывающих кариес, и их воздействия и/или
xvii. чистки зубов и полости рта.
