Claims (25)
1. Устройство определения уровня масла, содержащее:
датчик уровня масла, установленный в компрессоре так, чтобы измерять значение емкости, изменяемое в соответствии с уровнем масла, содержащегося в компрессоре, во множестве положений;
сигнальный процессор, выполненный с возможностью преобразования множества значений емкости, измеренных датчиком уровня масла, в частотные сигналы; и
контроллер, выполненный с возможностью определения уровня масла на основе частотных сигналов, принятых от сигнального процессора.
2. Устройство определения уровня масла по п. 1, в котором датчик уровня масла установлен в участке хранения масла, обеспеченном под компрессором, и включает в себя первый и второй участки определения, вертикально разнесенные друг от друга на заданное расстояние в пределах участка хранения масла.
3. Устройство определения уровня масла по п. 2, в котором первый участок определения включает в себя первый электрод сравнения и первый электрод определения, расположенный с обеих сторон первого электрода сравнения, и определяет, равен ли уровень масла первому контрольному уровню или выше первого контрольного уровня.
4. Устройство определения уровня масла по п. 2, в котором второй участок определения включает в себя второй электрод сравнения, разнесенный от первого электрода сравнения на заданное расстояние, и второй электрод определения, расположенный с обеих сторон второго электрода сравнения, и определяет, находится ли уровень масла между первым контрольным уровнем и вторым контрольным уровнем или ниже второго контрольного уровня.
5. Устройство определения уровня масла по п. 2, в котором сигнальный процессор преобразует сигналы напряжения, соответствующие множеству значений емкости, измеренных датчиком уровня масла, в запускающие частотные сигналы и выводит запускающие частотные сигналыв.
6. Устройство определения уровня масла по п. 5, в котором контроллер сравнивает разность между множеством выходных значений датчика, сгенерированных датчиком уровня масла, с контрольным значением и определяет уровень масла в соответствии с результатом сравнения.
7. Устройство определения уровня масла по п. 6, в котором контрольное значение установлено для определения, находится ли уровень масла, контактирующего с датчиком уровня масла, в одном из нормального диапазона, чрезмерного диапазона или недостаточного диапазона.
8. Устройство определения уровня масла по п. 7, в котором контрольное значение включает в себя:
первое контрольное значение для определения, находится ли уровень масла между первым участком определения и вторым участком определения; и
второе контрольное значение для определения, находится ли уровень масла выше первого участка определения.
9. Устройство определения уровня масла по п. 8, в котором контроллер определяет уровень масла с использованием первого контрольного значения и второго контрольного значения.
10. Устройство определения уровня масла по п. 9, в котором контроллер определяет, что уровень масла находится в нормальном диапазоне, когда разность между выходными значениями датчика, сгенерированными датчиком уровня масла, больше первого контрольного значения.
11. Устройство определения уровня масла по п. 9, в котором контроллер определяет, что уровень масла находится в чрезмерном диапазоне, когда разность между выходными значениями датчика, сгенерированными датчиком уровня масла, меньше второго контрольного значения.
12. Устройство определения уровня масла по п. 9, в котором контроллер определяет, что уровень масла находится в недостаточном диапазоне, когда разность между выходными значениями датчика, сгенерированными датчиком уровня масла, находится между первым контрольным значением и вторым контрольным значением.
13. Способ управления определением уровня масла, содержащий этапы, на которых:
измеряют значение емкости, изменяемое в соответствии с уровнем масла, содержащегося в компрессоре, во множестве положений;
преобразуют множество измеренных значений емкости в частотные сигналы; и
определяют уровень масла не только с использованием выходных значений преобразованных частотных сигналов, но и с использованием контрольного значения.
14. Способ управления определением уровня масла по п. 13, в котором контрольное значение устанавливают для определения, находится ли уровень масла, содержащегося в компрессоре, в одном из: нормального диапазона, чрезмерного диапазона или недостаточного диапазона.
15. Способ управления определением уровня масла по п. 14, в котором контрольное значение включает в себя:
первое контрольное значение для определения, находится ли уровень масла в нормальном диапазоне; и
второе контрольное значение для определения, находится ли уровень масла в чрезмерном диапазоне.
