Claims (23)
1. Способ получения дисперсии на основе органического растворителя, содержащей смешанную в расплаве сеть эпокси-функционализированного полимера и/или амино-функционализированного полимера, имеющего связь полимер-O-Si-O-полимер, и полиолефинового (со)полимера, имеющего группы карбоновой кислоты и/или ангидрида карбоновой кислоты, причем способ получения стадии:
a) формирования смешанной в расплаве сети из форполимера, функционализированного силаном соединения и полиолефинового (со)полимера в отсутствие растворителя,
b) смешивания смешанной в расплаве сети с органическим растворителем для того, чтобы получить дисперсию на основе органического растворителя, и
c) охлаждения этой дисперсии на основе органического растворителя.
2. Способ по п. 1, в котором стадия a) выполняется путем одновременного смешивания в расплаве форполимера, полиолефинового (со)полимера и функционализированного силаном соединения для того, чтобы сформировать смешанную в расплаве сеть.
3. Способ по п. 1 или 2, в котором функционализированное силаном соединение, содержит функционализированное эпоксисилан функционализированное соединение.
4. Способ по любому из предшествующих пункту, в котором эпокси-функционализированное соединение силана содержит соединение диэтоксисилана.
5. Способ по любому из предшествующих пункту, в котором функционализированное силаном соединение содержит аминосилан функционализированное соединение.
6. Способ по любому из предшествующих пункту, в котором форполимер представляет собой сложный полиэфир, содержащий циклический диол в качестве элементарного звена.
7. Способ по любому из предшествующих пункту, в котором смешивание в расплаве выполняется при температуре в диапазоне 100-250°C в экструдере.
8. Композиция покрытия на основе органического растворителя, содержащая:
a) дисперсию на основе органического растворителя, полученная способом по любому из предшествующих пп.,
b) пленкообразующий полимер,
c) сшивающее средство, и
d) кислотный катализатор.
9. Композиция покрытия по п. 8, которая по существу не содержит бисфенола A, бисфенола F и ароматических глицидиловых эфиров.
10. Композиция покрытия по п. 8 или 9, в которой кислотный катализатор содержит фосфорную кислоту.
11. Композиция покрытия по любому из пп. 8-10, в которой средний размер частиц полиолефинового (со)полимера в композиции покрытия на основе органического растворителя составляет от 4 до 6 мкм.
12. Композиция покрытия по любому из пп. 8-11, в которой пленкообразующий полимер представляет собой сложный полиэфир.
13. Композиция покрытия по любому из пп. 8-12, в которой сшивающее средство является фенольной смолой.
14. Металлическая подложка, покрытая композицией покрытия по любому из пп. 8-13.
15. Металлическая подложка по п. 14, в которой композиция покрытия на основе органического растворителя является единственной композицией покрытия, наносимой прямо или косвенно на металлическую подложку и отверждаемой с получением металлической подложки с покрытием.
16. Металлическая подложка по п. 14 или 15, которая представляет собой легковскрываемый контейнер для пищевых продуктов или напитков.
