Claims (8)
1. Устройство (1) регулирования массового расхода (m) пара в паровой турбине (2), в частности в ступени (3) никого давления паровой турбины (2), причем устройство (1) включает, по меньшей мере, одну поворотную задвижку (5) и один дополнительный регулировочный клапан (6), причем поворотная задвижка (5) и регулировочный клапан (6) установлены параллельно друг другу в проточном канале, при этом устройство (1) включает, по меньшей мере, один регулятор (7), определяющий перепад Δρ давления между давлением на входе и давлением на выходе устройства (1) и управляющий в зависимости от перепада Δρ давления поворотной задвижкой (5) и/или регулировочным клапаном (6).
2. Устройство (1) по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что регулятор (7) до задаваемого перепада Δρ1* давления управляет только регулировочным клапаном (6), а ниже задаваемого перепада Δρ2 * только поворотной задвижкой (5), причем Δρ1 * ≥ Δρ2 *.
3. Устройство (1) по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что задаваемый перепад давления соответствует перепаду давления Δρ1* при полностью открытом регулировочном клапане (6).
4. Способ регулирования массового расхода (m) пара в паровой турбине (2), в частности в ступени (3) никого давления паровой турбины (2) с устройством (1) по любому из пп. 1–3, отличающийся следующими технологическим этапами:
- определение перепада Δρ давления;
- сравнение выявленного перепада Δρ давления с задаваемыми перепадами Δρ1 * и Δρ2 * давления;
- регулирование массового расхода (m) пара регулировочным клапаном (6) за счет управления им посредством регулятора при условии, что перепад Δρ давления ≥ задаваемого перепада Δρ1 * давления;
- регулирование массового расхода (m) пара поворотной задвижкой (5) за счет управления ею посредством регулятора (7) при условии, что перепад Δρ давления < задаваемого перепада Δρ2 * давления.
