Claims (22)
1. Смазочная композиция, содержащая в качестве базового масла любое из масел из группы III, группы IV и полиизобутиленов, отнесенных к группе V в соответствии с классификацией базовых масел по API, или их смесь, и α-олефин, присутствующий в количестве 1 мас.% или менее относительно общей массы композиции, причем к композиции добавлены производное саркозиновой кислоты, производное аспарагиновой кислоты или производное диэтаноламина, или их смеси.
2. Смазочная композиция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что производное саркозиновой кислоты описывается следующей формулой 1:
где функциональная группа R1 представляет собой алкил C16-20;
причем производное аспарагиновой кислоты описывается следующей формулой 2:
где функциональные группы R2 и R3 обозначают водород или один и тот же или разный алкил C3-6, алкенил, или гидроксиалкил; функциональная группа R4 обозначает алкил C1-30 или алкенил, алкил C1-30, имеющий эфирную связь, или гидроксиалкил; и функциональная группа R5 обозначает насыщенную или ненасыщенную группу C1-30 карбоновой кислоты или алкил C1-30, алкенил, или гидроксиалкил; и
причем производное диэтаноламина описывается следующей формулой 3:
где функциональная группа R6 обозначает алкил C16-20;
3. Смазочная композиция по п. 1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что количество производного саркозиновой кислоты или производного диэтаноламина составляет от 0,001 до 3 мас.% относительно общего количества композиции, или количество производного аспарагиновой кислоты составляет от 0,005 до 3 мас.% относительно общего количества композиции.
4. Способ ингибирования адсорбции α-олефина, присутствующего в смазочной композиции, на поверхности металла, когда смазочная композиция содержит в качестве базового масла любое из масел из группы III, группы IV и полиизобутилены, отнесенные к группе V в соответствии с классификацией базовых масел по API, или их смесь, и α-олефин, присутствующий в количестве 1 мас.% или менее относительно общей массы композиции, этот способ включает добавление к смазочной композиции производного саркозиновой кислоты, производного аспарагиновой кислоты или производного диэтаноламина, или их смеси.
5. Способ ингибирования адсорбции α-олефина по п. 4, отличающийся тем, что производное саркозиновой кислоты описывается следующей формулой 1:
где функциональная группа R1 обозначает алкил C16-20;
причем производное аспарагиновой кислоты описывается следующей формулой 2:
где функциональные группы R2 и R3 обозначают водород или один и тот же или разный алкил C3-6, алкенил или гидроксиалкил; функциональная группа R4 обозначает алкил C1-30 или алкенил, алкил C1-30, имеющий эфирную связь, или гидроксиалкил; и функциональная группа R5 обозначает насыщенную или ненасыщенную группу C1-30 карбоновой кислоты или алкил C1-30, алкенил или гидроксиалкил; и
причем производное диэтаноламина описывается следующей формулой 3:
где функциональная группа R6 обозначает алкил C16-20;
6. Способ ингибирования адсорбции α-олефина по п. 4 или 5, отличающийся тем, что количество добавленного производного саркозиновой кислоты или производного диэтаноламина составляет от 0,001 до 3 мас.% относительно общего количества композиции, или количество добавленного производного аспарагиновой кислоты составляет от 0,005 до 3 мас.% относительно общего количества композиции.
