Claims (25)
1. Волокнистая заготовка для лопатки газотурбинного двигателя, полученная посредством трехмерного тканья, содержащая:
первый продольный участок (31), предназначенный образования хвостовика (21) лопатки,
второй продольный участок (32), продолжающий вверх первый продольный участок (31) и предназначенный для образования пера (22),
первый поперечный участок (33), проходящий поперечно от соединения между первым и вторым продольными участками (31, 32), предназначенный для образования первой полки (23), и
первую полосу (35) жесткости, проходящую вниз от дальнего края первого поперечного участка (33), предназначенную для образования первого элемента (25) жесткости полки.
2. Заготовка по п. 1, в которой ширина (L5) первой полосы (35) жесткости является переменной.
3. Заготовка по п. 1 или 2, в которой первая полоса (35) жесткости проходит вдоль всего дальнего края первого поперечного участка (33).
4. Заготовка по п. 3, в которой ширина (L5) первой полосы (35) жесткости является минимальной на уровне, где ширина (L3) первого поперечного участка (33) является максимальной, и
ширина (L5) первой полосы (35) жесткости является максимальной на уровне, где ширина (L3) первого поперечного участка (33) является минимальной.
5. Заготовка по п. 3 или 4, в которой, если следовать вдоль дальнего края первого поперечного участка (33), ширина (L5) первой полосы (35) жесткости увеличивается, когда ширина (L3) первого поперечного участка (33) уменьшается, и уменьшается, когда ширина (L3) первого поперечного участка (33) увеличивается.
6. Заготовка по п. 5, в которой (L5) ширина первой полосы (35) жесткости в заданной продольной плоскости обратно пропорциональна ширине (L3) первого поперечного участка (33) в указанной продольной плоскости.
7. Заготовка по любому из пп. 1–6, в которой первая полоса (35) жесткости образует с первым поперечным участком (33) угол (λ), составляющий от 60° до 89°, предпочтительно от 75° до 85°.
8. Заготовка по любому из пп. 1–7, содержащая второй поперечный участок (34), проходящий поперечно от соединения между первым и вторым продольными участками (31, 32) на уровне и противоположно первому поперечному участку (33) и предназначенный для образования второй полки (24), и
вторую полосу (36) жесткости, проходящую вниз от дальнего края второго поперечного участка (34) и предназначенную для образования второго элемента (26) жесткости полки.
9. Заготовка по п. 8, в которой первый поперечный участок (33) предназначен для образования полки (23) со стороны всасывания лопатки (10), а второй поперечный участок (34) предназначен для образования полки (24) со стороны нагнетания лопатки (10), причем
ширина (L5) первой полосы (35) жесткости, предназначенной для образования элемента (25) жесткости полки (23) стороны всасывания, больше в ее срединной зоне, чем на ее входном и выходном концах, и
ширина (L6) второй полосы (36) жесткости, предназначенной для образования элемента (26) жесткости полки (24) стороны нагнетания, меньше в ее срединной зоне, чем на ее входном и выходном концах.
10. Лопатка для газотурбинного двигателя, содержащая
хвостовик (21) лопатки,
перо (22), проходящее вверх от хвостовика лопатки,
полку (23), расположенную поперечно перу (22) на уровне соединения между хвостовиком (21) лопатки и пером (22), и
элемент (25) жесткости, имеющий форму полосы, проходящей вниз вдоль дальнего края полки (23).
11. Лопатка по п. 10, выполненная в виде единой детали из композиционного материала из волокнистой заготовки (30) по любому из пп. 1–9, при этом указанная заготовка (30) сформована в пресс-форме и заделана в матрицу предпочтительно органического типа.
12. Лопаточное колесо для газотурбинного двигателя, содержащее множество лопаток (10) по п. 11.
13. Газотурбинный двигатель, содержащий по меньшей мере одну лопатку (10) по п.11 или лопаточное колесо (2) по п. 12.
