Claims (23)
1. Способ производства наполнителя для использования при производстве бумаги или картона, в котором
обеспечивают наличие суспензии, содержащей гидроксид кальция,
осуществляют карбонизацию упомянутого гидроксида кальция для получения осажденного карбоната кальция,
при этом к упомянутой суспензии в процессе карбонизации гидроксида кальция добавляют крахмал и (или) карбоксиметилцеллюлозу.
2. Способ по п. 1, в котором карбонизацию гидроксида кальция осуществляют введением в суспензию диоксида углерода.
3. Способ по п. 2, в котором крахмал и (или) карбоксиметилцеллюлозу добавляют к суспензии, когда в процессе карбонизации гидроксид кальция прореагировал с диоксидом углерода на величину от 50% до 95%.
4. Способ по любому из пп. 2 или 3, в котором крахмал и (или) карбоксиметилцеллюлозу добавляют к суспензии, когда в процессе карбонизации гидроксид кальция прореагировал с диоксидом углерода на величину от 75% до 95%.
5. Способ по любому из пп. 1-4, в котором используют крахмал, не являющийся термически обработанным.
6. Способ по любому из пп. 1-5, в котором используют разбухший крахмал.
7. Способ по любому из пп. 1-6, в котором в процессе карбонизации поддерживают температуру реакции от 50°C до 100°C.
8. Наполнитель для использования при производстве бумаги или картона, полученный способом по любому из пп. 1-7.
9. Способ производства бумаги или картона, в котором
обеспечивают наличие бумажной массы, содержащей волокна,
добавляют к упомянутой бумажной массе наполнитель, произведенный способом по любому из пп. 1-7,
бумажную массу, содержащую волокна, формуют и обезвоживают.
10. Способ производства бумаги или картона, в котором
обеспечивают наличие бумажной массы, содержащей волокна,
бумажную массу, содержащую волокна, формуют и обезвоживают для получения бумажного полотна,
на поверхность полученного бумажного полотна наносят наполнитель, произведенный способом по любому из пп. 1-7.
11. Бумага или картон, содержащий наполнитель, произведенный способом по любому из пп. 1-7.
12. Бумага по п. 11, являющаяся высокосортной бумагой, общее содержание наполнителя в которой составляет от 25 мас.% до 35 мас.% при сухом состоянии бумаги.
13. Бумага по п. 11, являющаяся газетной бумагой, общее содержание наполнителя в которой составляет от 10 мас.% до 15 мас.% при сухом состоянии бумаги.
14. Бумага по п. 11, являющаяся каландрированной бумагой, общее содержание наполнителя в которой составляет по меньшей мере 39 мас.%, предпочтительно - от 39 мас.% до 45 мас.% при сухом состоянии бумаги.
