Claims (12)

1. Этикетка для нанесения путем обертывания на маркируемый объект (13), состоящая из неклейкой верхней стороны (2А) и клейкой нижней стороны (2В), которой этикетка (1) закрепляется на объекте (13), причем на верхней стороне (2А) имеется область печати (3) для нанесения отпечатка, причем этикетка (1) выполнена в форме полоски с длиной (L), которая больше, чем окружность (U) маркируемого объекта (13), отличающаяся тем, что
- рядом с область печати (3) в продольном направлении этикетки (1) расположен оберточный флажок (4),
- длина (LW) оберточного флажка (4) имеет по меньшей мере тот же размер, что и окружность (U) маркируемого объекта (13),
- оберточный флажок (4), при нанесенной на объект (13) этикетке (1), намотан на область печати (3) и покрывает область печати (3),
- в области печати (3) между верхней стороной (2А) и нижней стороной (2В) расположен RFID-транспондер (6).
2. Этикетка по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что клейкая нижняя сторона (2В) расположена на защитном слое (9), причем защитный слой (9) является отделяемым от клейкой нижней стороны (2В).
3. Этикетка по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающаяся тем, что
она имеет по всей длине (L) прозрачный слой (2), который с задней стороны имеет прозрачное клеевое покрытие, которое в области оберточного флажка (4) образует нижнюю сторону этикетки (1), а с верхней стороны по всей длине (L) этикетки (1) образует верхнюю сторону (2А) этикетки (1), причем с задней стороны на прозрачном слое (2) в области печати (3) расположен цветной фоновый слой (5), причем RFID-транспондер (6) расположен в слоистой структуре между обращенной в сторону от прозрачного слоя (2) стороной фонового слоя (5) и противолежащим фоновому слою (5) клеевым слоем (7), причем этот клеевой слой (7) в области печати (3) этикетки (1) образует клейкую нижнюю сторону (2А) этикетки (1).
4. Этикетка по п. 3, отличающаяся тем, что RFID-транспондер (6) имеет несущий слой (6А) с RFID-антенной структурой, причем интегральная схема (RFID-IC, 6В) RFID-транспондера (6) размещена рельефно на несущем слое (6А), причем на стороне несущего слоя (6А), имеющей RFID-IC (6B), расположен промежуточный клеевой слой (8), который в области RFID-IC (6B) имеет выемку и имеет толщину, соответствующую высоте RFID IC (6B).
5. Этикеточная лента, в частности, рулон (12) этикеточной ленты с множеством, соответственно, расположенных на защитном слое (9) этикеток (1) по любому из пп. 2-4, отличающаяся тем, что защитные слои (9) соседних этикеток связаны между собой с возможностью отделения, в частности, с помощью линии перфорации (10).
6. Этикеточная лента, в частности, рулон (12) этикеточной ленты по п. 5, отличающаяся тем, что длина (LS) соответствующего защитного слоя (9) больше, чем длина (L) находящейся на нем этикетки (1), причем на разделительной линии (4A) между смежными защитными слоями (9) имеется светопрозрачное отверстие (12) для управления принтером с помощью оптических датчиков.
7. Изделие с обернутой этикеткой (1) по любому из пп. 1, 3 или 4.
