Claims (15)
1. Пленочная крышка (1) для упаковки, имеющая многослойную структуру, содержащую запечатывающий слой (3), барьерный слой (5), грунтовочный слой (7) для печати, печатный слой (9), опциональный защитный слой для печати и рельефный слой (11), при этом указанные запечатывающий слой (3), барьерный слой (5), грунтовочный слой для печати, печатный слой (9) и опциональный защитный слой для печати являются по существу плоскими, а указанный рельефный слой (11) расположен по меньшей мере на части печатного слоя (9) или на опциональном защитном слое для печати и содержит по меньшей мере n трехмерных структур (13) на кв. см., где n по меньшей мере равно 1, и выступает по существу под прямым углом к поверхности смежного печатного слоя или опционального защитного слоя для печати, при этом указанные трехмерные структуры (13) образуют прерывистую приподнятую поверхность (14), и общая область указанной приподнятой поверхности (14), образованной трехмерными структурами (13), равна по меньшей m% общей области поверхности пленочной крышки (1), где m составляет по меньшей мере 10%, причем указанные трехмерные структуры (13) имеют минимальную высоту 5 μm.
2. Пленочная крышка (1) по п.1, где n составляет 1-100, предпочтительно, 3-50, более предпочтительно, 4-10.
3. Пленочная крышка (1) по п.1 или 2, где m составляет 10-50%, предпочтительно, 15-40%, более предпочтительно, 20-30%.
4. Пленочная крышка (1) по любому из предыдущих пунктов, где трехмерные структуры (13) рельефного слоя (11) произвольно расположены на поверхности опционального защитного слоя для печати или печатного слоя (9).
5. Пленочная крышка (1) по любому из предыдущих пунктов, где трехмерные структуры (13) рельефного слоя (11) расположены на поверхности опционального защитного слоя для печати или печатного слоя (9) в регулярной матрице.
6. Пленочная крышка (1) по любому из предыдущих пунктов, где рельефный слой (11) выполнен из бесцветного лака.
7. Пленочная крышка (1) по любому из пп.1-5, где рельефный слой (11) выполнен из одного или более цветных лаков.
8. Пленочная крышка (1) для пищевой упаковки по любому из предыдущих пунктов, где трехмерные структуры (13) рельефного слоя (11) имеют высоту 5-45 μm, предпочтительно, 7-30 μm, более предпочтительно, 16-22 μm.
9. Пленочная крышка (1) для пищевой упаковки по любому из предыдущих пунктов, где барьерный слой (5) содержит алюминий и имеет толщину 20-90 μm, предпочтительно, 40-80 μm, более предпочтительно, 60-70 μm.
10. Пленочная крышка (1) по любому из предыдущих пунктов, где указанная пленочная крышка содержит клапан (23) для открывания, расположенный на крае (15) пленочной крышки (1), при этом указанный клапан (23) для открывания по меньшей мере частично, предпочтительно - полностью, покрыт рельефным слоем (11).
11. Пленочная крышка (1) для пищевой упаковки по любому из предыдущих пунктов, где пленочная крышка (1) является стерилизуемой.
12. Пищевая упаковка, содержащая пленочную крышку (1) по любому из предыдущих пунктов.
13. Способ изготовления пленочной крышки (1) по любому из пп.1-10, включающий этапы покрытия барьерного слоя (5) запечатывающим слоем (3) на одной стороне и грунтовочным слоем (7) для печати - на противоположной стороне барьерного слоя (5), нанесения печатного слоя (9) посредством печати на грунтовочный слой (7) для печати, нанесение рельефного слоя (11) посредством печати на печатный слой (9), при этом указанный рельефный слой выполняют из бесцветного или цветного лака.
14. Способ изготовления пленочной крышки (1) по п.13, в котором печать выполняют посредством УФ флексопечати, а бесцветный или цветной лак не содержит бисфенола А.
15. Способ изготовления пленочной крышки (1) по п.13 или 14, в котором пленочная крышка является стерилизуемой.
