Установка для изготовления и формования кисломолочного продукта типа «йогурт», включающая резервуар для сквашивания молочной смеси, снабженный крышкой, водяной рубашкой с ТЭНами, мотор редуктором со съемной мешалкой, патрубком слива, блоком управления, отличающаяся тем, что в резервуаре для сквашивания молочной смеси размещена извлекаемая перфорированная корзина, заполненная извлекаемыми перфорированными емкостями; к днищу резервуара для сквашивания молока прикреплен нагревательный элемент.1.
