Claims (23)
1. Межслойная пленка для ламинированного стекла, имеющая однослойную структуру или структуру из двух или более слоев, включающая
поливинилацетальную смолу, пластификатор, светостабилизатор на основе пространственно-затрудненного амина, ингибитор окисления, имеющий атом серы, и ингибитор окисления, имеющий фенольный скелет, который отличается от ингибитора окисления, имеющего атом серы.
2. Межслойная пленка для ламинированного стекла по п. 1, где ингибитор окисления, имеющий атом серы, имеет алкильную группу с 3-16 атомами углерода или имеет 2,6-ди-трет-бутилфенольный скелет.
3. Межслойная пленка для ламинированного стекла по п. 1 или 2, где светостабилизатор на основе пространственно-затрудненного амина представляет собой светостабилизатор на основе пространственно-затрудненного амина, в котором алкильная группа или алкоксигруппа связана с атомом азота в пиперидиновой структуре.
4. Межслойная пленка для ламинированного стекла по любому из пп. 1-3, имеющая структуру из двух или более слоев, и обеспечиваемая с использованием первого слоя и второго слоя, расположенного на стороне первой поверхности первого слоя,
где первый слой содержит поливинилацетальную смолу и пластификатор, и
второй слой содержит поливинилацетальную смолу и пластификатор.
5. Межслойная пленка для ламинированного стекла по п. 4, имеющая структуру из трех или более слоев, и обеспечиваемая с использованием третьего слоя, расположенного на стороне второй поверхности, противоположной первой поверхности первого слоя,
где третий слой содержит поливинилацетальную смолу и пластификатор.
6. Межслойная пленка для ламинированного стекла по п. 4 или 5, где светостабилизатор на основе пространственно-затрудненного амина, ингибитор окисления, имеющий атом серы, и ингибитор окисления, имеющий фенольный скелет, содержатся в одном и том же слое.
7. Межслойная пленка для ламинированного стекла по любому из пп. 4-6, где первый слой содержит светостабилизатор на основе пространственно-затрудненного амина, ингибитор окисления, имеющий атом серы, и ингибитор окисления, имеющий фенольный скелет.
8. Межслойная пленка для ламинированного стекла по любому из пп. 4-7, где слой, имеющий более высокую температуру стеклования среди слоев, выбираемых из первого слоя и второго слоя, содержит светостабилизатор на основе пространственно-затрудненного амина.
9. Межслойная пленка для ламинированного стекла по любому из пп. 4-8, обеспечиваемая с использованием третьего слоя, расположенного на стороне второй поверхности, противоположной первой поверхности первого слоя,
где слой, имеющий более высокую температуру стеклования среди слоев, выбираемых из первого слоя и третьего слоя, содержит светостабилизатор на основе пространственно-затрудненного амина.
10. Межслойная пленка для ламинированного стекла по любому из пп. 4-9, где температура стеклования первого слоя имеет значение 30°C или менее.
11. Межслойная пленка для ламинированного стекла по любому из пп. 1-10, где поливинилацетальная смола представляет собой поливинилбутиральную смолу.
12. Межслойная пленка для ламинированного стекла по любому из пп. 1-11, дополнительно содержащая, по меньшей мере, один тип атома первого металла, выбираемого из группы, состоящей из щелочного металла, цинка и алюминия.
13. Межслойная пленка для ламинированного стекла по п. 12, где содержание атома первого металла в межслойной пленке составляет 150 миллионных долей (ppm) или менее.
14. Ламинированное стекло, включающее в себя:
первую ламинируемую стеклянную деталь;
вторую ламинируемую стеклянную деталь; и
межслойную пленку для ламинированного стекла по любому из пп. 1-13,
где межслойная пленка для ламинированного стекла расположена между первой ламинируемой стеклянной деталью и второй ламинируемой стеклянной деталью.
