Claims (9)
1. Способ получения синтез-газа (5), в котором углеводород (2) в первой реакционной зоне (Z1) термически разлагают на водород и углерод и образующийся водород из первой реакционной зоны (Z1) направляют во вторую реакционную зону (Z2) для осуществления в ней взаимодействия типа обратимой конверсии водяного газа с диоксидом углерода (4) с получением воды и монооксида углерода, отличающийся тем, что необходимую для термического разложения углеводорода (2) энергию подают в первую реакционную зону (Z1) из второй реакционной зоны (Z2).
2. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что тепловую энергию во второй реакционной зоне (Z2) производят посредством окисления водорода и/или посредством электрической энергии.
3. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что неразложившийся или неполностью разложившийся в первой реакционной зоне (Z1) углеводород направляют во вторую реакционную зону (Z2), в которой его подвергают взаимодействию с водой с получением водорода и диоксида углерода.
4. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что обе реакционные зоны (Z1, Z2) соединены посредством состоящего из гранулированного твердого материала подвижного слоя (W), который перемещается от второй реакционной зоны (Z2) к первой реакционной зоне (Z1).
5. Способ по п. 4, отличающийся тем, что гранулированный твердый материал возвращают в повторный цикл.
6. Способ по п. 4, отличающийся тем, что выходящий из второй реакционной зоны (Z2) газ направляют противотоком к подвижному слою (W) и охлаждают путем непосредственного теплообмена с ним.
7. Способ по п. 4, отличающийся тем, что углеводород (2) подают в первую реакционную зону (Z1) противотоком к подвижному слою (W) и нагревают путем непосредственного теплообмена с ним.
8. Способ по п. 4, отличающийся тем, что осажденный на гранулированном твердом материале углерод отделяют (А) после первой реакционной зоны (Z1) и удаляют из подвижного слоя (W).
9. Способ по одному из пп. 1-8, отличающийся тем, что в качестве гранулированного твердого материала используют корунд (Al2O3), или кварцевое стекло (SiO2), или муллит (Al2O3⋅SiO2), или кордиерит ((Mg,Fe)2(AI2Si)[AI2Si4O18]), или стеатит (SiO2⋅MgO⋅AI2O3), или уголь, или кокс, или углерод, полученный в способе посредством термического разложения углеводорода.
