Claims (20)
1. Курительное изделие, содержащее:
курительный материал и
частицу активированного угля, расположенную ниже по потоку относительно курительного материала, при этом частица активированного угля получена из целого семени без механического разрушения, причем частица активированного угля имеет длину, ширину и высоту, при этом по меньшей мере две величины из длины, ширины и высоты независимо находятся в диапазоне от 1 мм до 7,5 мм.
2. Курительное изделие по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что частица активированного угля не содержит связующего.
3. Курительное изделие по п. 1 или 2, отличающееся тем, что частица активированного угля представляет собой эллипсоид.
4. Курительное изделие по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающееся тем, что частица активированного угля представляет собой сфероид.
5. Курительное изделие по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающееся тем, что частица активированного угля получена путем карбонизации и физической активации целого семени.
6. Курительное изделие по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающееся тем, что семя, из которого получают активированный уголь, имеет диаметр в диапазоне от 1 мм до 10 мм.
7. Курительное изделие по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающееся тем, что частица активированного угля имеет диаметр в диапазоне от 2,5 мм до 7 мм.
8. Курительное изделие по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающееся тем, что частица активированного угля имеет вес в диапазоне от 10 мг до 60 мг.
9. Курительное изделие по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающееся тем, что частица активированного угля имеет вес в диапазоне от 20 мг до 40 мг.
10. Курительное изделие по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающееся тем, что частица активированного угля имеет площадь поверхности (по BET) в диапазоне от 500 м2/г до 2500 м2/г.
11. Курительное изделие по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающееся тем, что дополнительно содержит фильтр, имеющий фильтрующий материал, при этом частица активированного угля расположена внутри фильтрующего материала.
12. Курительное изделие по п. 11, отличающееся тем, что активированный уголь в фильтре состоит в основном из частицы активированного угля.
13. Способ изготовления фильтра для курительного изделия, включающий:
карбонизацию и активацию целого семени, имеющего длину, ширину и высоту,
причем по меньшей мере две величины из длины, ширины и высоты независимо находятся в диапазоне от 1 мм до 10 мм с образованием частицы активированного угля из материала; и
включение без механического разрушения частицы активированного угля в фильтр.
14. Способ по п. 13, отличающийся тем, что частица активированного угля имеет длину, ширину и высоту, при этом по меньшей мере две величины из длины, ширины и высоты независимо находятся в диапазоне от 1 мм до 7,5 мм.
15. Способ изготовления курительного изделия, включающий включение фильтра, изготовленного по п. 13 или 14, в курительное изделие ниже по потоку относительно курительного материала.
