Claims (13)
1. Отверждаемая композиция, включающая:
продукт реакции:
изоцианатного компонента, который включает один или несколько изоцианатов, причем изоцианатный индекс составляет от 90 до 150; и
способного реагировать с изоцианатом компонента, который включает смесь, содержащую от 5 мас.% до 95 мас.% первого полиола на основе бутиленоксида и от 5 мас.% до 95 мас.% второго полиола на основе бутиленоксида, причем первый полиол на основе бутиленоксида имеет среднечисленную молекулярную массу от 200 г/моль до 1000 г/моль и номинальное число гидроксильных групп от 2 до 6, второй полиол на основе бутиленоксида имеет среднечисленную молекулярную массу, составляющую более 1000 г/моль и менее 8000 г/моль, и номинальное число гидроксильных групп от 2 до 4, и смесь составляет по меньшей мере 50 мас.% относительно общей массы полиолов в реагирующем с изоцианатом компоненте.
2. Композиция по п. 1, в которой первый полиол на основе бутиленоксида содержит от 75 мас.% до 100 мас.% бутиленоксида по отношению к общей массе алкиленоксидов и имеет номинальное число гидроксильных групп 3.
3. Композиция по п. 1 или 2, в которой второй полиол на основе бутиленоксида представляет собой полиоксибутилен-полиоксипропиленовый полиол, имеющий номинальное число гидроксильных групп 2, или полиоксибутилен-полиоксиэтиленовый полиол, имеющий номинальное число гидроксильных групп 2.
4. Композиция по любому из пп. 1-3, в которой второй полиол на основе бутиленоксида имеет среднечисленную молекулярную массу от 1500 г/моль до 3000 г/моль.
5. Композиция по любому из пп. 1-4, в которой отношение массового процентного содержания первого полиола на основе бутиленоксида в реагирующем с изоцианатом компоненте к массовому процентному содержанию второго полиола на основе бутиленоксида в реагирующем с изоцианатом компоненте находится в диапазоне от 0,1 до 3,5.
6. Композиция по п. 5, в которой, когда указанное отношение находится у верхнего предела диапазона от 0,1 до 3,5, отвержденный продукт отверждаемой композиции имеет повышенную прочность при растяжении, меньшее относительное удлинение при разрыве, повышенный расчетный модуль упругости и повышенную температуру стеклования по сравнению со случаем, в котором указанное отношение находится у нижнего предела диапазона от 0,1 до 3,5, причем нижний предел диапазона не превышает верхний предел диапазона.
7. Композиция по любому из пп. 1-6, в котором способный реагировать с изоцианатом компонент дополнительно включает простой полиэфирполиол, не представляющий собой первый и второй полиолы на основе бутиленоксида.
8. Композиция по любому из пп. 1-7, в котором изоцианатный компонент включает от 20 мас.% до 100 мас.%, по отношению к общей массе изоцианатного компонента, одного или нескольких содержащих концевые изоцианатные группы форполимеров, имеющих содержание изоцианатных групп от 1 мас.% до 35 мас.%.
9. Адгезив на полиуретановой основе, включающий отверждаемую композицию по любому из пп. 1-8.
10. Покрытие на полиуретановой основе, включающее отверждаемую композицию по любому из пп. 1-8.
