Claims (19)
1. Индукционное нагревательное устройство (1) для нагревания субстрата (20), образующего аэрозоль, содержащего токоприемник (21), при этом индукционное нагревательное устройство (1) содержит:
- корпус (10) устройства
- источник (11) питания постоянного тока, который при работе обеспечивает напряжение постоянного тока (VDC) и силу постоянного тока (IDC), - электронные схемы (13) подачи питания, выполненные с возможностью работы на высокой частоте, при этом электронные схемы (13) подачи питания содержат преобразователь (132) постоянного тока в переменный, присоединенный к источнику (11) питания постоянного тока, при этом преобразователь (132) постоянного тока в переменный содержит индуктивно-емкостную сеть (1323) нагрузки, выполненную с возможностью работы при низкоомной нагрузке (1324), при этом индуктивно-емкостная сеть (1323) нагрузки содержит последовательное соединение конденсатора (C2) и индуктора (L2), обладающего омическим сопротивлением (R катушки), - полость (14), расположенную в корпусе (10) устройства, при этом полость имеет внутреннюю поверхность, форма которой позволяет размещать по меньшей мере часть субстрата (20), образующего аэрозоль, при этом полость (14) расположена таким образом, чтобы при размещении части субстрата (20), образующего аэрозоль, в полости (14) индуктор (L2) индуктивно-емкостной сети (1323) нагрузки индуктивно соединялся с токоприемником (21) субстрата (20), образующего аэрозоль, при эксплуатации, при этом электронные схемы (13) подачи питания дополнительно содержат микроконтроллер (131), запрограммированный на то, чтобы при эксплуатации определять по напряжению постоянного тока (VDC) источника (11) питания постоянного тока и по силе постоянного тока (IDC), получаемого из источника (11) питания постоянного тока, кажущееся омическое сопротивление (Ra), и дополнительно запрограммирован на то, чтобы при эксплуатации определять по кажущемуся омическому сопротивлению (Ra) температуру (T) токоприемника (21) субстрата (20), образующего аэрозоль.
2. Индукционное нагревательное устройство по п. 1, отличающееся тем, что устройство выполнено таким образом, чтобы нагревать субстрат (20), образующий аэрозоль, курительного изделия (2).

Индукционное нагревательное устройство по любому из п. 1 или п. 2, отличающееся тем, что источник (11) питания постоянного тока представляет собой батарею постоянного тока, в частности, перезаряжаемую батарею постоянного тока, для обеспечения непрерывного напряжения постоянного тока (VDC), и при этом электронные схемы (13) подачи питания дополнительно содержат датчик постоянного тока для измерения силы постоянного тока (I DC), получаемого из батареи постоянного тока, для определения по непрерывному напряжению постоянного тока (VDC) и измеренной силе постоянного тока кажущегося омического сопротивления (Ra).
4. Индукционное нагревательное устройство по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающееся тем, что электронные схемы (13) подачи питания дополнительно содержат датчик напряжения постоянного тока для измерения напряжения постоянного тока (VDC) источника (11) питания постоянного тока.

Индукционное нагревательное устройство по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающееся тем, что микроконтроллер (131) дополнительно запрограммирован прерывать вырабатывание переменного тока преобразователем (132) постоянного тока в переменный, когда определенная температура (T) токоприемника (21) субстрата (20), образующего аэрозоль, равна или превышает предустановленную пороговую температуру (Tпороговая), и при этом микроконтроллер (131) запрограммирован возобновлять вырабатывание переменного тока, когда определенная температура (T) токоприемника (21) субстрата (20), образующего аэрозоль, снова опускается ниже предустановленной пороговой температуры (Tпороговая).

Индукционное нагревательное устройство по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающееся тем, что преобразователь (132) постоянного тока в переменный содержит усилитель мощности класса E, содержащий транзисторный переключатель (1320), задающую схему (1322) транзисторного переключателя и индуктивно-емкостную сеть (1323) нагрузки, выполненную с возможностью работы при низкоомной нагрузке (1324), при этом индуктивно-емкостная сеть (1323) нагрузки дополнительно содержит шунтирующий конденсатор (C1).
7. Индукционное нагревательное устройство по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающееся тем, что усилитель мощности класса E обладает выходным импедансом и при этом электронные схемы подачи питания дополнительно содержат согласующую сеть (133) для согласования выходного импеданса усилителя мощности класса E с низкоомной нагрузкой (1324).
8. Индукционное нагревательное устройство по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающееся тем, что общий объем электронной схемы (13) подачи питания равен или меньше 2 см3.
9. Индукционное нагревательное устройство по любому из предыдущих пунктов, отличающееся тем, что индуктор (L2) индуктивно-емкостной сети (1323) нагрузки содержит цилиндрическую индукционную катушку (L2) со спиральной намоткой, расположенную на внутренней поверхности полости (14) или рядом с ней.
10. Индукционное нагревательное устройство по п. 9, отличающееся тем, что индукционная катушка (L2) имеет продолговатую форму (l, r) и ограничивает внутренний объем в диапазоне от приблизительно 0,15 см3до приблизительно 1,10 см3.

Система подачи аэрозоля, содержащая индукционное нагревательное устройство (1) по любому из предыдущих пунктов и субстрат (20), образующий аэрозоль, содержащий токоприемник (21), при этом по меньшей мере часть субстрата (20), образующего аэрозоль, предусмотрена для размещения в полости (14) индукционного нагревательного устройства (1) таким образом, чтобы индуктор (L2) индуктивно-емкостной сети (1323) нагрузки преобразователя (132) постоянного тока в переменный индукционного нагревательного устройства (1) был индуктивно соединен с токоприемником (21) субстрата (20), образующего аэрозоль, при эксплуатации.
12. Система подачи аэрозоля по п. 11, отличающаяся тем, что субстрат (20), образующий аэрозоль, курительного изделия представляет собой табакосодержащий твердый субстрат (2), образующий аэрозоль.
13. Система подачи аэрозоля по любому из пп. 11-12, отличающаяся тем, что токоприемник (21) изготовлен из нержавеющей стали.
14. Система подачи аэрозоля по п. 13, отличающаяся тем, что токоприемник (21) содержит плоскую полосу из нержавеющей стали, при этом плоская полоса из нержавеющей стали имеет длину в диапазоне от приблизительно 8 миллиметров до приблизительно 15 миллиметров, предпочтительно длину, равную приблизительно 12 миллиметрам, имеет ширину в диапазоне от приблизительно 3 миллиметров до приблизительно 6 миллиметров, предпочтительно ширину, равную приблизительно 4 миллиметрам или приблизительно 5 миллиметрам, и имеет толщину в диапазоне от приблизительно 20 микрометров до приблизительно 50 микрометров, предпочтительно толщину в диапазоне от приблизительно 20 микрометров до приблизительно 40 микрометров, например толщину, равную приблизительно 25 микрометров или приблизительно 35 микрометров.
15. Способ эксплуатации системы подачи аэрозоля по любому из пп. 11-14, включающий следующие этапы: - определение по напряжению постоянного тока (V постоянного тока) источника (11) питания постоянного тока и по силе постоянного тока (I постоянного тока) получаемого из источника (11) питания постоянного тока, кажущегося омического сопротивления (Ra), - определение по кажущемуся омическому сопротивлению (Ra)температуры (T) токоприемника (21) субстрата (20), образующего аэрозоль.
16. Способ по п. 15, отличающийся тем, что источник (11) питания постоянного тока представляет собой батарею постоянного тока, в частности, перезаряжаемую батарею постоянного тока, обеспечивающую непрерывное напряжение постоянного тока (VDC), и при этом сила постоянного тока (I DC), получаемого из батареи постоянного тока, измеряется для определения по непрерывному напряжению постоянного тока (VDC) и измеренной силе постоянного тока (IDC)кажущегося омического сопротивления (Ra).
17. Способ по любому из пп. 15-16, отличающийся тем, что дополнительно включает следующие этапы: - прерывание вырабатывания переменного тока преобразователем (132) постоянного тока в переменный, когда определенная температура (T) токоприемника (21) субстрата (20), образующего аэрозоль, равна или превышает предустановленную пороговую температуру (T

), и - возобновление вырабатывания переменного тока, когда определенная температура (T) токоприемника (21) субстрата (20), образующего аэрозоль, снова опускается ниже предустановленной пороговой температуры (T
