Claims (4)
1. Способ приготовления бруска обжаренной лапши, не переворачивающегося в чашке при воздействии внешних ударных нагрузок, когда он помещен в выполненный в форме чашки контейнер, включающий в себя этап:
фиксации формы нижней части бруска обжаренной лапши путем помещения определенного количества ниток лапши после желатинизации в упаковку и обжаривания нижней части определенного количества ниток лапши.
2. Способ по п. 1, дополнительно включающий в себя этап погружения всей упаковки в масло для жарения после выполнения операции фиксации формы нижней части бруска обжаренной лапши.
3. Брусок обжаренной лапши, изготовленный способом по п. 1 или 2.
