Claims (36)
1. Устройство для доставки аэрозоля, содержащее:
управляющий корпус;
картридж, содержащий резервуар, по меньшей мере частично заполненный композицией предшественника аэрозоля и выполненный с возможностью приема потока воздуха;
распылитель, содержащий нагревательный элемент; и
регулятор давления, выполненный с возможностью управления выдачей композиции предшественника аэрозоля из резервуара на основании перепада давлений между первым давлением в резервуаре и вторым давлением рядом с распылителем,
причем распылитель выполнен с возможностью нагревания композиции предшественника аэрозоля, принятой из резервуара, для добавления аэрозоля к потоку воздуха.
2. Устройство для доставки аэрозоля по п. 1, в котором распылитель образует камеру, и нагревательный элемент расположен в указанной камере.
3. Устройство для доставки аэрозоля по любому из пп. 1 и 2, в котором первое давление в резервуаре больше, чем давление окружающей среды.
4. Устройство для доставки аэрозоля по п. 3, в котором регулятор давления содержит клапан, выполненный с возможностью выборочного высвобождения композиции предшественника аэрозоля из резервуара.
5. Устройство для доставки аэрозоля по п. 4, дополнительно содержащее датчик расхода, причем указанный клапан выполнен с возможностью активации в ответ на сигнал от датчика расхода.
6. Устройство для доставки аэрозоля по п. 4, в котором картридж содержит клапан и распылитель.
7. Устройство для доставки аэрозоля по п. 4, в котором управляющий корпус содержит клапан и распылитель.
8. Устройство для доставки аэрозоля по п. 7, в котором управляющий корпус содержит соединитель, и картридж содержит основание, причем клапан сообщается по текучей среде с резервуаром, когда соединитель управляющего корпуса соединен с основанием картриджа.
9. Устройство для доставки аэрозоля по любому из пп. 1 и 2, в котором первое давление в резервуаре по существу равно давлению окружающей среды.
10. Устройство для доставки аэрозоля по п. 9, в котором регулятор давления содержит ограничитель потока, выполненный с возможностью создания перепада давлений между первым давлением в резервуаре и вторым давлением рядом с распылителем.
11. Устройство для доставки аэрозоля по п. 10, в котором управляющий корпус содержит ограничитель потока.
12. Устройство для доставки аэрозоля по любому из пп. 10 и 11, в котором ограничитель потока содержит одно или более дроссельных отверстий.
13. Устройство для доставки аэрозоля по п. 9, в котором резервуар содержит мешок с композицией предшественника аэрозоля.
14. Устройство для доставки аэрозоля по п. 9, в котором распылитель дополнительно содержит трубку для доставки текучей среды, выполненную с возможностью доставки композиции предшественника аэрозоля из резервуара к нагревательному элементу во время применения перепада давлений, причем в противном случае трубка препятствует потоку композиции предшественника аэрозоля к нагревательному элементу.
15. Устройство для доставки аэрозоля по п. 1, в котором композиция предшественника аэрозоля, выданная из резервуара,
поступает в распылитель для испарения перед ее добавлением к потоку воздуха для формирования аэрозоля.
16. Устройство для доставки аэрозоля по п. 15, в котором распылитель соединен с резервуаром.
17. Способ генерирования аэрозоля в устройстве для доставки аэрозоля, включающий:
направление потока воздуха через картридж, содержащий резервуар, по меньшей мере частично заполненный композицией предшественника аэрозоля,
управление выдачей композиции предшественника аэрозоля из резервуара к распылителю, содержащему нагревательный элемент, на основании перепада давлений между первым давлением в резервуаре и вторым давлением рядом с распылителем и
нагревание композиции предшественника аэрозоля, выданной из резервуара, с помощью нагревательного элемента для добавления аэрозоля к потоку воздуха.
18. Способ по п. 17, согласно которому управление выдачей композиции предшественника аэрозоля включает направление композиции предшественника аэрозоля к камере распылителя, в которой расположен нагревательный элемент.
19. Способ по любому из пп. 17 и 18, согласно которому первое давление в резервуаре больше, чем давление окружающей среды,
причем управление выдачей композиции предшественника аэрозоля включает выборочный выпуск композиции предшественника аэрозоля из резервуара с помощью клапана.
20. Способ по п. 19, дополнительно включающий обнаружение потока воздуха с помощью датчика расхода,
причем управление выдачей композиции предшественника аэрозоля включает активацию клапана в ответ на сигнал от датчика расхода.
21. Способ по п. 19, согласно которому выборочное высвобождение композиции предшественника аэрозоля из резервуара с помощью клапана включает направление композиции предшественника аэрозоля из резервуара в картридже через клапан в управляющем корпусе.
22. Способ по любому из пп. 17 и 18, согласно которому внутреннее давление в резервуаре по существу равно давлению окружающей среды,
причем управление выдачей композиции предшественника аэрозоля включает создание перепада давлений между первым давлением в резервуаре и вторым давлением рядом с распылителем с помощью ограничителя потока.
23. Способ по п. 22, дополнительно включающий доставку композиции предшественника аэрозоля через трубку для доставки текучей среды к нагревательному элементу во время применения перепада давлений и в противном случае препятствование потоку композиции предшественника аэрозоля к нагревательному элементу.
24. Способ по п. 17, согласно которому композиция предшественника аэрозоля, выданная из резервуара, поступает в распылитель для испарения перед ее добавлением к потоку воздуха для формирования аэрозоля.
