Claims (28)

1. Способ растягивания исходной пленки из термопластичного полимерного материала, содержащего по меньшей мере один низкоплавкий полимерный компонент и по меньшей мере один высокоплавкий полимерный компонент, включающий по меньшей мере следующие стадии:
нагревание исходной пленки до по меньшей мере частично расплавленного состояния, при котором по меньшей мере один низкоплавкий полимерный компонент находится в расплавленном жидком состоянии, и по меньшей мере один высокоплавкий полимерный компонент не находится в расплавленном жидком состоянии, с помощью по меньшей мере одного нагревательного цилиндра и
охлаждение путем прохождения частично расплавленной пленки через охлажденный зажим цилиндров,
причем пленку растягивают между по меньшей мере одним нагревательным цилиндром и охлажденным зажимом цилиндров при кратности растягивания, составляющей по меньшей мере 1:1,5.
2. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что используют исходную пленку, содержащую от 15 до 85 мас.% низкоплавкого полимерного компонента и от 85 до 15 мас.% высокоплавкого полимерного компонента на основе 100 мас.% низкоплавкого и высокоплавкого полимерных компонентов.
3. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что используют исходную пленку, содержащую по меньшей мере один полиэтилен, служащий в качестве низкоплавкого полимерного компонента, по меньшей мере один полипропилен, служащий в качестве высокоплавкого полимерного компонента.
4. Способ по п. 2, отличающийся тем, что используют исходную пленку, содержащую по меньшей мере один полиэтилен, служащий в качестве низкоплавкого полимерного компонента, по меньшей мере один полипропилен, служащий в качестве высокоплавкого полимерного компонента.
5. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что нагревание исходной пленки выполняют до температуры, на 5-20°C ниже точки плавления кристаллитов по меньшей мере одного высокоплавкого полимерного компонента.
6. Способ по п. 2, отличающийся тем, что нагревание исходной пленки выполняют до температуры на 5-20°C ниже точки плавления кристаллитов по меньшей мере одного высокоплавкого полимерного компонента.
7. Способ по п. 3, отличающийся тем, что нагревание исходной пленки выполняют до температуры на 5-20°C ниже точки плавления кристаллитов по меньшей мере одного высокоплавкого полимерного компонента.
8. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что пленку растягивают при кратности растягивания, составляющей по меньшей мере 1:2, предпочтительно по меньшей мере 1:2,5, в частности, по меньшей мере 1:3.
9. Способ по п. 2, отличающийся тем, что пленку растягивают при кратности растягивания, составляющей по меньшей мере 1:2, предпочтительно по меньшей мере 1:2,5, в частности, по меньшей мере 1:3.
10. Способ по п. 3, отличающийся тем, что пленку растягивают при кратности растягивания, составляющей по меньшей мере 1:2, предпочтительно по меньшей мере 1:2,5, в частности, по меньшей мере 1:3.
11. Способ по п. 5, отличающийся тем, что пленку растягивают при кратности растягивания, составляющей по меньшей мере 1:2, предпочтительно по меньшей мере 1:2,5, в частности, по меньшей мере 1:3.
12. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что цилиндры, образующие охлажденный зажим цилиндров, работают при более высокой скорости, чем по меньшей мере один нагревательный цилиндр.
13. Способ по п. 2, отличающийся тем, что цилиндры, образующие охлажденный зажим цилиндров, работают при более высокой скорости, чем по меньшей мере один нагревательный цилиндр.
14. Способ по п. 8, отличающийся тем, что цилиндры, образующие охлажденный зажим цилиндров, работают при более высокой скорости, чем по меньшей мере один нагревательный цилиндр.
15. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что выше охлажденного зажима цилиндров находятся два цилиндра, работающие при различных скоростях, так что пленка растягивается между первым и вторым цилиндром, и где по меньшей мере первый из двух цилиндров сконструирован как нагревательный цилиндр.
16. Способ по п. 2, отличающийся тем, что выше охлажденного зажима цилиндров находятся два цилиндра, работающие при различных скоростях, так что пленка растягивается между первым и вторым цилиндром, и где по меньшей мере первый из двух цилиндров сконструирован как нагревательный цилиндр.
17. Способ по п. 8, отличающийся тем, что выше охлажденного зажима цилиндров находятся два цилиндра, работающие при различных скоростях, так что пленка растягивается между первым и вторым цилиндром, и где по меньшей мере первый из двух цилиндров сконструирован как нагревательный цилиндр.
18. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что пленку подвергают охлаждению в охлажденном зажиме цилиндров до температуры по меньшей мере на 10-30°C ниже точки плавления кристаллитов по меньшей мере одного низкоплавкого полимерного компонента.
19. Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что используют исходную пленку, содержащую от 1 до 75 мас.%, в частности, от 50 до 75 мас.% наполнителя, в частности, мела.
20. Пленка, получаемая способом по любому из пп. 1-19.
21. Пленка по п. 20, имеющая толщину, находящуюся в диапазоне от 2 до 13 мкм, или имеющая базовую массу от 1 до 15 г/м2.
22. Способ изготовления ламинированного материала, включающего нетканое полотно и пленку, отличающийся тем, что выполняют способ по любому из пп. 1-18, причем выше охлажденного зажима цилиндров находится по меньшей мере два нагревательных цилиндра, работающих при различных скоростях, так что пленка растягивается между первым и вторым нагревательным цилиндром, и где дополнительно нетканое полотно пропускают через второй нагревательный цилиндр, и пропускают его через охлажденный зажим цилиндров вместе с пленкой.
23. Способ изготовления ламинированного материала, включающего нетканое полотно и пленку, отличающийся тем, что выполняют способ по любому из пп. 1-19, и полученную пленку подвергают клеевому связыванию с нетканым полотном.
24. Ламинированный материал, включающий нетканое полотно и пленку, получаемый способом по п. 22 или 23.
25. Применение пленки по п. 20 или 21 или ламинированного материала, включающего нетканое полотно и пленку, по п. 24 в области гигиены или медицины, в частности, для изнаночных слоев памперсов, для наматрасников или гигиенических прокладок.
