Claims (40)
1. Громкоговоритель (100), содержащий:
по меньшей мере один электроакустический преобразователь (412) для воспроизведения акустического звука;
процессор (402), сообщающийся с по меньшей мере одним электроакустическим преобразователем (412);
деревянную внешнюю поверхность (102);
печатную плату (504), имеющую верхнюю поверхность, смежную с нижней поверхностью деревянной внешней поверхности (102) и обращенную к ней; и
по меньшей мере один емкостный чувствительный электрод (502), размещенный на верхней поверхности печатной платы (504) таким образом, что по меньшей мере один емкостный чувствительный электрод (502) находится между печатной платой (504) и деревянной внешней поверхностью (102), при этом:
по меньшей мере один емкостный чувствительный электрод (502) образует часть емкостного сенсорного пользовательского интерфейса (420) для громкоговорителя (100), который выполнен с возможностью позволять пользователю громкоговорителя (100) управлять работой громкоговорителя (100);
по меньшей мере один емкостный чувствительный электрод (502) сообщается с процессором (402); и
деревянная внешняя поверхность (102) представляет собой диэлектрик для упомянутого емкостного сенсорного пользовательского интерфейса (420).
2. Громкоговоритель (100) по п. 1, в котором деревянная внешняя поверхность (102), которая содержит емкостный сенсорный пользовательский интерфейс (420), представляет собой верхнюю деревянную поверхность громкоговорителя (100).
3. Громкоговоритель (100) по п. 1, дополнительно содержащий схему (408) беспроводного приемопередатчика, сообщающуюся с процессором (402), причем схема (408) беспроводного приемопередатчика предназначена для приема и передачи сигналов беспроводной связи через беспроводную сеть (201), при этом:
схема (408) беспроводного приемопередатчика предназначена для приема беспроводным образом аудиоконтента для проигрывания посредством громкоговорителя (100) через беспроводную сеть (201);
процессор (402) предназначен для обработки аудиоконтента; и
по меньшей мере один электроакустический преобразователь (412) предназначен для акустического вывода аудиоконтента.
4. Громкоговоритель (100) по п. 3, в котором схема (408) беспроводного приемопередатчика предназначена для приема аудиоконтента от одного или более контент-серверов (204) потокового аудио, которые подключены к Интернету (202).
5. Громкоговоритель (100) по п. 4, при этом беспроводная сеть (201) содержит беспроводную сеть (201) Wi-Fi.
6. Громкоговоритель (100) по п. 4, в котором емкостный сенсорный пользовательский интерфейс (420) содержит:
множество пиктограмм (302-316) пользовательских элементов управления, выгравированных на деревянной внешней поверхности (102), при этом имеется пиктограмма для каждого пользовательского элемента управления; и
множество емкостных чувствительных электродов (502), расположенных на верхней поверхности печатной платы (504), так что множество емкостных чувствительных электродов (502) расположено между печатной платой (504) и деревянной внешней поверхностью (102);
при этом каждый из множества емкостных чувствительных электродов (502) сообщается с процессором (402); и
при этом имеется по меньшей мере один емкостный чувствительный электрод (502) для каждой из множества пиктограмм (302-316) пользовательских элементов управления.
7. Громкоговоритель (100) по п. 4, в котором множество пиктограмм (302-316) пользовательских элементов управления содержит:
элемент (302) управления громкостью для управления громкостью звука на выходе громкоговорителя (100); и
элемент (316) управления включением/выключением для громкоговорителя (100).
8. Громкоговоритель (100) по п. 4, дополнительно содержащий запоминающее устройство (404), сообщающееся с процессором (402).
9. Громкоговоритель (100) по п. 8, в котором множество пиктограмм (302-316) пользовательских элементов управления дополнительно содержит элемент (308) управления следующим потоком, который при его активации пользователем побуждает схему (408) беспроводного приемопередатчика переключиться с приема потокового аудио от первого контент-сервера (204) потокового аудио на прием потокового аудио от второго контент-сервера (204) потокового аудио;
при этом адреса для первого и второго контент-серверов (204) потокового аудио хранятся в запоминающем устройстве (404).
10. Громкоговоритель (100) по п. 8, в котором множество пиктограмм (302-316) пользовательских элементов управления дополнительно содержит по меньшей мере один пользовательский элемент (304, 306) управления, который при его активации пользователем побуждает схему (408) беспроводного приемопередатчика передавать индикацию для трека, проигрываемого громкоговорителем (100), которая должна быть передана в систему (210) удаленного сервера, подключенного к Интернету (202).
11. Громкоговоритель (100) по п. 10, в котором индикация для трека, передаваемая в систему (210) удаленного сервера, является индикацией подтверждения трека со стороны пользователя.
12. Громкоговоритель (100) по п. 10, при этом система (210) удаленного сервера содержит серверную систему (212) вебсайтов социальных сетей.
13. Громкоговоритель (100) по п. 7, в котором множество емкостных чувствительных электродов (502) содержит множество расположенных смежно друг с другом емкостных чувствительных электродов (502), связанных с пиктограммой элемента (302) управления громкостью, при этом множество расположенных смежно друг с другом емкостных чувствительных электродов (502) образует датчик (502) емкостного регулятора.
14. Громкоговоритель (100) по п. 6, в котором множество емкостных чувствительных электродов (502) содержит один электрод или встречно-штыревые электроды.
15. Громкоговоритель (100) по п. 1, дополнительно содержащий:
множество светодиодов (LED), расположенных снизу под деревянной внешней поверхностью (102); и
множество светодиодных трубок (321-338) для передачи энергии света от LED к деревянной внешней поверхности (102).
16. Громкоговоритель (100) по п. 15, дополнительно содержащий схему (408) беспроводного приемопередатчика, сообщающуюся с процессором (402), причем схема (408) беспроводного приемопередатчика предназначена для приема и передачи сигналов беспроводной связи через беспроводную сеть (201), при этом:
схема (408) беспроводного приемопередатчика предназначена для приема беспроводным образом аудиоконтента для проигрывания посредством громкоговорителя (100) через беспроводную сеть (201);
процессор (402) предназначен для обработки аудиоконтента; и
по меньшей мере один электроакустический преобразователь (412) предназначен для акустического вывода аудио-контента.
17. Громкоговоритель (100) по п. 16, в котором схема (408) беспроводного приемопередатчика предназначена для приема аудиоконтента от одного или более контент-серверов (204) потокового аудио, которые подключены к Интернету (202).
