Claims (12)
1. Стыковочная лента для гипсокартона, содержащая:
подложку, имеющую вытянутую форму в продольном направлении, причем подложка эластична в продольном и поперечном направлениях; и
покрывающий слой, расположенный на подложке и соединенный с ней, причем покрывающий слой является жестким в поперечном направлении и выполнен с возможностью выдерживания сжимающих нагрузок, приложенных, по существу, в поперечном направлении, и напряжений сдвига, приложенных, по существу, вдоль поперечного направления.
2. Стыковочная лента по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что подложка выполнена из волокон подложки, проходящих в продольном направлении.
3. Стыковочная лента по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что покрывающий слой выполнен из покрывающих волокон, проходящих в поперечном направлении.
4. Стыковочная лента по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что покрывающий слой выполнен из покрывающих волокон, проходящих под углом по отношению к поперечному направлению.
5. Стыковочная лента по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что подложка и покрывающий слой сотканы вместе в единый слой ткани.
6. Стыковочная лента по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что подложка выполнена из волокон подложки, а покрывающий слой выполнен из покрывающих волокон, причем волокна подложки и покрывающего слоя пересекаются в точках пересечения, и, кроме того, стыковочная лента содержит адгезив, размещенный на каждой точке пересечения или по меньшей мере на большинстве точек пересечения для прикрепления волокон подложки и волокон покрывающего слоя друг к другу.
7. Стыковочная лента по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что подложка и покрывающий слой выполнены из разных материалов.
8. Стыковочная лента по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что подложка содержит волокна подложки, а покрывающий слой содержит покрывающие волокна, причем волокна подложки выполнены из того же материала, что и покрывающие волокна, где волокна подложки более тонкие и эластичные, чем волокна покрывающего слоя, которые более толстые и жесткие.
9. Стыковочная лента по п. 8, отличающаяся тем, что подложка сплавлена с покрывающим слоем посредством сварки.
10. Стыковое соединение гипсокартона между двумя прилегающими плитами гипсокартона, содержащее стыковочную ленту по любому из предшествующих пунктов, отличающееся тем, что лента заделана в слой стыковочного соединения, размещенного вдоль, по существу, стыкуемых кромок двух прилегающих гипсокартонных плит.
