Claims (22)

1. Способ получения цеолитного материала, обладающего каркасной структурой типа СНА, содержащего SiO2 и Al2O3, где указанный способ включает стадии:
(1) предоставления смеси, содержащей один или более источников SiO2, один или более источников Al2O3, одно или более тетраметиламмониевых соединений, и одно или более N,N,N-триметил-циклогексиламмониевых соединений в качестве структурообразующего агента;
(2) кристаллизации смеси, полученной на стадии (1), для получения цеолитного материала, обладающего каркасной структурой типа СНА;
где молярное соотношение тетраметиламмониевых соединений и N,N,N-триметил-циклогексиламмониевых соединений находится в диапазоне от 0,45 до 0,65.
2. Способ по п. 1, в котором кристаллизацию на стадии (2) проводят в сольвотермальных условиях.
3. Способ по п. 1, в котором смесь, полученная на стадии (1), не содержит какого-либо существенного количества триметилбензиламмоний содержащего соединения.
4. Способ по любому из пп. 1-3, в котором смесь, полученная на стадии (1), дополнительно содержит затравочные кристаллы.
5. Синтетический цеолитный материал, обладающий каркасной структурой типа СНА, получаемый и/или полученный согласно способу по любому из пп. 1-4.
6. Синтетический цеолитный материал, обладающий каркасной структурой типа СНА, предпочтительно получаемый и/или полученный согласно способу по любому из пп. 1-4, в котором каркасная структура типа СНА содержит SiO2 и Al2O3, и где ИК-спектр цеолитного материала включает:
первую полосу поглощения (В1), находящуюся в диапазоне от 3720 до 3740 см-1; и
вторую полосу поглощения (В2), находящуюся в диапазоне от 1850 до 1890 см-1;
где соотношение максимального поглощения первой полосы поглощения и второй полосы поглощения B1 : В2 находится в диапазоне от 0,5 до 1,55.
7. Цеолитный материал по п. 6, в котором размер частиц D10 цеолитного материала находится в диапазоне от 400 до 2500 нм.
8. Цеолитный материал по п. 6, в котором средний размер частиц D50 цеолитного материала находится в диапазоне от 600 до 3500 нм.
9. Цеолитный материал по п. 6, в котором размер частиц D90 цеолитного материала находится в диапазоне от 1200 до 4500 нм.
10. Цеолитный материал по п. 6, в котором каркасная структура типа СНА содержит 5 мас. % или менее элементов Р и/или As в пересчете на 100 мас. % SiO2, содержащегося в каркасной структуре.
11. Цеолитный материал по п. 6, в котором 29Si MAS ЯМР цеолитного материала включает:
первый пик (Р'1), находящийся в диапазоне от -102,0 до -106,0 частей на миллион; и
второй пик (Р'2), находящийся в диапазоне от -108,0 до -112,5 частей на миллион,
где интегрирование первого и второго пиков в 29Si MAS ЯМР цеолитного материала дает соотношение значений интегрирования Р'1 : Р'2, находящееся в диапазоне от 0,05 до 0,90.
12. Цеолитный материал по любому из пп. 6-11, в котором молярное соотношение SiO2 : Al2O3 находится в диапазоне от 4 до 200.
13. Применение синтетического цеолитного материала, обладающего каркасной структурой типа СНА, по любому из пп. 5-12 в качестве молекулярного сита, в качестве адсорбента, для ионного обмена, в качестве катализатора и/или в качестве подложки катализатора.
