Claims (18)

1. Осветительное устройство (1), содержащее:
- люминесцентный концентратор (100), содержащий волновод (4000), имеющий поверхность (4100) входа излучения, поверхность (4200) выхода излучения, и ширину (W), образованную поверхностью (4100) входа излучения и противоположной поверхностью (4500), причем волновод (4000) содержит элемент (20) преобразователя излучения, распределенный в волноводе (4000) с концентрацией преобразователя излучения, причем волновод (4000) представляет собой монокристалл или керамику;
- твердотельный источник (10) света, выполненный с возможностью облучения поверхности (4100) входа излучения волновода (4000) излучением (11) твердотельного источника света;
при этом элемент (20) преобразователя излучения выполнен с возможностью поглощения, по меньшей мере, части излучения (11) источника света и преобразования его в излучение (21) элемента преобразователя излучения, и концентрация преобразователя излучения выбрана, по меньшей мере, в три раза выше, чем необходимо для того, чтобы поглотить 98% излучения (11) источника света по ширине (W) волновода (4000).
2. Осветительное устройство (1) по п. 1, в котором концентрация преобразователя излучения выбрана из диапазона в 4-8 раз выше, чем необходимо для того, чтобы поглотить 98% излучения (11) источника света по ширине (W) волновода (4000).
3. Осветительное устройство (1) по п. 1 или 2, в котором элемент (20) преобразователя излучения имеет спектр возбуждения излучения и спектр испускания излучения, которые спектрально частично перекрываются.
4. Осветительное устройство (1) по п. 3, в котором элемент (20) преобразователя излучения имеет спектр испускания и спектр возбуждения, причем от 5 до 25% спектра испускания перекрывается со спектром возбуждения.
5. Осветительное устройство (1) по п. 1 или 2, в котором поверхность (4100) входа излучения имеет площадь (A), поверхность (4200) выхода излучения имеет площадь (E), причем площадь (A) поверхности входа излучения, по меньшей мере, в два раза больше, чем площадь(E) поверхности выхода излучения, и поверхность (4200) выхода излучения имеет площадь (E), выбираемую из диапазона от 1 до 100 мм2.
6. Осветительное устройство (1) по п. 1 или 2, имеющее ширину (W), выбираемую из диапазона от 0,5 до 100 мм, в котором твердотельный источник (10) света не находится в физическом контакте с волноводом (4000).
7. Осветительное устройство (1) по п. 1 или 2, в котором волновод (4000) представляет собой монокристалл.
8. Осветительное устройство (1) по п. 1 или 2, в котором волновод (4000) содержит легированный церием гранат типа A3B5O12, и в котором твердотельный источник (10) света выполнен с возможностью облучения поверхности (4100) входа излучения волновода (4000) одним или больше из ультрафиолетового и синего излучения (11) твердотельного источника света.
9. Осветительное устройство (1) по п. 8, в котором A содержит Ce и один или более элементов из Y, Gd, Tb, Lu, причем содержание церия находится в диапазоне от 0,01 до 2 мол.%, а содержание лютеция составляет по меньшей мере 90 мол.% по общему количеству A, и в котором B содержит один или более элементов из Al, Ga и Sc, причем содержание алюминия составляет по меньшей мере 50 мол.% по общему количеству B.
10. Осветительное устройство (1) по п. 1 или 2, содержащее множество твердотельных источников (10) света, выполненных с возможностью облучения поверхности (4100) входа излучения волновода (4000) излучением (11) твердотельного источника света.
11. Блок (120) освещения, выполненный с возможностью обеспечения видимого света (121), причем блок освещения (2) содержит, по меньшей мере, одно осветительное устройство (1) по любому из пп. 1-10.
12. Автомобильный блок освещения, выполненный с возможностью обеспечения видимого света, который содержит, по меньшей мере, одно осветительное устройство (1) по любому из пп. 1-10.
13. Блок (140) цифрового проектора, содержащий, по меньшей мере, одно осветительное устройство (1) по любому из пп. 1-10.
14. Блок (120,130,140) по любому из пп. 11-13, в котором, по меньшей мере, одно осветительное устройство (1) выполнено с возможностью обеспечения зеленого света или красного света.
15. Блок (120,130,140) по п. 14, содержащий по меньшей мере первое осветительное устройство (1101), выполненное с возможностью обеспечения зеленого света, и, по меньшей мере, второе осветительное устройство (1201), выполненный с возможностью обеспечения красного света.
