Claims (13)
1. Композиция среды для дедифференцировки мезенхимальных стволовых клеток в стволовые клетки с индуцированной плюрипотентностью, содержащая фракцию флоротаннина.
2. Композиция среды по п. 1, где фракция флоротаннина представляет собой биэкольное соединение, представленное следующей химической формулой 1, или его соли.

3. Композиция среды по п. 1, где фракция флоротаннина экстрагирована и выделена из одного из видов бурых водорослей, выбранных из группы, состоящей из Ecklonia cava, Dictyopteris prolifera Okamura, Dictyota dichotoma Lamouroux, Sargassum horneri C. Agardh, Sargassum patens C. Agardh и Ishige okamurae Yendo, или искусственно синтезирована.
4. Композиция среды по п. 1, где фракция флоротаннина включена в среду, выбранную из группы, состоящей из DMEM (среда Игла, модифицированная Дульбекко), MEM (минимальная поддерживающая среда), ВМЕ (базальная среда Игла), RPMI 1640, F-10, F-12, DMEM F-12, α-МЕМ (α-минимальная поддерживающая среда), G-MEM (минимальная поддерживающая среда Глазго), IMDM (среда Дульбекко, модифицированная по способу Исков), среды MacCoy's 5А, полной среды AminoMax II и среды MesenCult-XF.
5. Композиция среды по п. 1, где фракция флоротаннина включена в количестве от 10 до 500 мкг/мл относительно композиции среды.
6. Композиция среды по п. 1, дополнительно содержащая от 1 до 10% об./об. энергетической воды.
7. Способ получения стволовых клеток с индуцированной плюрипотентностью, включающий: добавление фракции флоротаннина в клеточную культуральную среду и дедифференцировку мезенхимальных стволовых клеток в стволовые клетки с индуцированной плюрипотентностью в этой среде.
8. Способ по п. 7, где фракция флоротаннина представляет собой биэкольное соединение, представленное следующей химической формулой 1, или его соли.

Способ по п. 7, где фракция флоротаннина экстрагирована и выделена из одного из видов бурых водорослей, выбранных из группы, состоящей из Ecklonia cava, Dictyoptehs prolifera Okamura, Dictyota dichotoma Lamouroux, Sargassum horneri C. Agardh, Sargassum patens C. Agardh и Ishige okamurae Yendo, или искусственно синтезирована.
