Claims (22)
1. Образующее аэрозоль изделие (10), содержащее множество элементов, собранных в виде стержня, имеющего мундштучный конец (70) и дальний конец (80), расположенный раньше по ходу потока относительно мундштучного конца, причем это множество элементов включает в себя образующий аэрозоль субстрат (20), расположенный на или в направлении дальнего конца стержня, в котором удлиненный токоприемник (25), имеющий толщину от 10 до 100 микрон, расположен по существу в продольном направлении внутри стержня в тепловом контакте с образующим аэрозоль субстратом (20).
2. Образующее аэрозоль изделие по п. 1, в котором удлиненный токоприемник (25) расположен внутри образующего аэрозоль субстрата (20).
3. Образующее аэрозоль изделие по п. 2, в котором удлиненный токоприемник (25) расположен в центральном, в радиальном направлении, положении внутри стержня и проходит вдоль продольной оси стержня.
4. Образующее аэрозоль изделие по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором удлиненный токоприемник (25) имеет форму штыря, стержня или лезвия.
5. Образующее аэрозоль изделие по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором удлиненный токоприемник (25) содержит металл, например ферритное железо, или нержавеющую сталь, предпочтительно - нержавеющую сталь марки 410, 420 или 430.
6. Образующее аэрозоль изделие по п. 5, в котором удлиненный токоприемник (25) содержит неметаллический сердечник с металлическим слоем, нанесенным на этот неметаллический сердечник.
7. Образующее аэрозоль изделие по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором удлиненный токоприемник (25) содержит защитный внешний слой, например защитный керамический слой или защитный стеклянный слой, охватывающий удлиненный токоприемник.
8. Образующее аэрозоль изделие по любому из предыдущих пунктов, в котором образующий аэрозоль субстрат (20) имеет форму стержня, содержащего собранный лист образующего аэрозоль материала.
9. Образующее аэрозоль изделие по п. 8, в котором образующий аэрозоль материал представляет собой лист гомогенизированного табака.
10. Образующее аэрозоль изделие по п. 8, в котором образующий аэрозоль материал представляет собой лист, содержащий никотиновую соль, такую как пируват никотина, и образующее аэрозоль вещество.
11. Образующее аэрозоль изделие по любому из предыдущих пунктов, содержащее более одного удлиненного токоприемника (25).
12. Образующая аэрозоль система, содержащая образующее аэрозоль устройство (200) с электрическим управлением, имеющее индуктор (210) для создания пульсирующего электромагнитного поля, и образующее аэрозоль изделие (10) по любому из пп. 1-11, причем образующее аэрозоль изделие (10) взаимодействует с образующим аэрозоль устройством (200) таким образом, что переменное магнитное поле, создаваемое индуктором (210), наводит в токоприемнике (25) ток, вызывая нагрев токоприемника (25).
13. Система по п. 12, в которой образующее аэрозоль устройство с электрическим управлением выполнено с возможностью индуцировать пульсирующее магнитное поле, имеющее частоту от 1 до 30 МГц и напряженность Н-поля, составляющую от 1 до 5 килоампер на метр (кА/м), а образующее аэрозоль изделие содержит удлиненный токоприемник, выполненный с возможностью рассеивать мощность от 1,5 до 8 Ватт при размещении внутри пульсирующего магнитного поля.
14. Способ использования образующего аэрозоль изделия по пп. 1-11, включающий в себя этапы, на которых
размещают изделие относительно образующего аэрозоль устройства с электрическим управлением таким образом, чтобы удлиненный токоприемник изделия был расположен внутри пульсирующего магнитного поля, генерируемого устройством,
регулируют напряженность пульсирующего электромагнитного поля таким образом, чтобы мощность, рассеиваемая в удлиненном токоприемнике, составляла от 5 до 6 Ватт в течение первого периода времени, и
изменяют напряженность пульсирующего электромагнитного поля таким образом, чтобы мощность, рассеиваемая удлиненным токоприемником, составляла от 1,5 до 2 Ватт в течение второго периода времени.
15. Способ по п. 14, в котором частота пульсирующего электромагнитного поля составляет от 1 до 30 МГц, например от 5 до 7 МГц.
16. Способ изготовления образующего аэрозоль изделия (10) по любому из пп. 1-11, включающий в себя этапы, на которых собирают множества элементов в виде стержня, имеющего мундштучный конец (70) и дальний конец (80), расположенный раньше по ходу потока относительно мундштучного конца, причем это множество элементов включает в себя образующий аэрозоль субстрат (20) и удлиненный токоприемник (25), размещенный по существу в продольном направлении внутри стержня в тепловом контакте с образующим аэрозоль субстратом.
17. Способ по п. 16, в котором образующий аэрозоль субстрат (20) изготавливают путем собирания по меньшей мере одного листа образующего аэрозоль материала и окружения собранного листа оберткой.
18. Способ по п. 16 или 17, включающий этап, на котором вставляют удлиненный токоприемник (25) внутрь образующего аэрозоль субстрата (20) таким образом, чтобы этот удлиненный токоприемник был расположен по существу в продольном направлении внутри собранного образующего аэрозоль изделия (10).
19. Способ по п. 18, в котором вставляют удлиненный токоприемник (25) внутрь образующего аэрозоль субстрата (20) перед сборкой указанного множества элементов в виде стержня, или согласно которому вставляют удлиненный токоприемник внутрь образующего аэрозоль субстрата после сборки указанного множества элементов в виде стержня.
