Claims (5)
1. Дозировочный клапан (1), имеющий, по меньшей мере, корпус (6) клапана с каналом (7) и телом (2) клапана, которое является подвижным для открывания и закрывания дозировочного клапана (1), и пружину (3), которая действует с силой упругости на тело (2) клапана и таким образом удерживает тело (2) клапана в исходном положении, причем эта пружина (3) опирается по меньшей мере на один калибровочный элемент (4), тело (2) клапана, пружина (3) и указанный по меньшей мере один калибровочный элемент (4) расположены в канале (7), и указанный по меньшей мере один калибровочный элемент (4) опирается посредством опорного конструктивного элемента (13), который закреплен неразъемным соединением (5) в корпусе (6) клапана, при этом участок (14) опорного конструктивного элемента (13) выступает из корпуса (6) клапана.
2. Дозировочный клапан (1) по п. 1, в котором калибровочный элемент (4) имеет форму втулки, а канал (7) имеет участок (8) канала, в котором может размещаться калибровочный элемент (4), чтобы таким образом регулировать силу упругости пружины (3), действующую на тело (2) клапана.
3. Дозировочный клапан (1) по п. 1 или 2, в котором калибровочный элемент (4) соединен с дозировочным клапаном (1) посредством прессового соединения (10).
4. Дозировочный клапан (1) по п. 1 или 2, в котором дозировочный клапан (1) имеет отверстие (11), через которое дозируемая текучая среда может попадать в дозировочный клапан (1), причем калибровочный элемент (4) и опорный конструктивный элемент (13) проходят, начинаясь от пружины (3), до этого отверстия (11) и на наружной поверхности (12) опорного конструктивного элемента (13) и на отверстии (11) выполнено неразъемное соединение (5).
5. Дозировочный клапан (1) по п. 1 или 2, в котором неразъемное соединение (5) выполнено на наружной поверхности (12) опорного конструктивного элемента (13), проходя по периметру.
