Claims (31)

1. Закупоривающее устройство, содержащее основание и крышку, которые соединены двойным шарнирным устройством, при этом крышка выполнена с возможностью перемещения между закрытым положением и открытым положением, двойное шарнирное устройство содержит первый шарнир, второй шарнир и промежуточную панель, при этом первый шарнир соединен с основанием и панелью, а второй шарнир соединен с крышкой и панелью, причем указанное закупоривающее устройство содержит фиксатор выполненный с возможностью удерживать крышку или обусловливать ее стабильное удержание в открытом положении.
2. Закупоривающее устройство по п. 1, в котором фиксаторы обеспечены на крышке или посредством крышки, и/или основания, и/или шарнирного устройства.
3. Закупоривающее устройство по п. 1 или 2, в котором фиксатор содержит язычок или подобное ему.
4. Закупоривающее устройство по п. 3, в котором на основании или посредством основания и шарнирного соединительного элемента обеспечены взаимодействующие язычки, при этом указанные язычки обусловливают удержание крышки в стабильно открытом положении.
5. Закупоривающее устройство по п. 3, в котором язычок является упругим.
6. Закупоривающее устройство по любому из пп. 1, 2, 4, 5, в котором шарнирное устройство и основание образуют взаимодействующие поверхности, которые выполнены с возможностью реверсивно входить в контакт при перемещении крышки в открытое положение.
7. Закупоривающее устройство по п. 6, в котором поверхности выполнены с возможностью входить в контакт при открытии крышки приблизительно на 160° относительно основания.
8. Закупоривающее устройство по любому из пп. 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, в котором крышка выполнена с возможностью перемещения приблизительно на 180° между закрытым и открытым положениями.
9. Закупоривающее устройство по любому из пп. 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, в котором протяженность первого шарнира в боковом направлении превышает протяженность второго шарнира в боковом направлении.
10. Закупоривающее устройство по любому из пп. 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, в котором панель в общем имеет форму усеченного треугольника.
11. Закупоривающее устройство по любому из пп. 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, в котором первый и/или второй шарнир представляют собой шарнирную петлю с удлиненными крыльями.
12. Закупоривающее устройство по любому из пп. 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, в котором первый и/или второй шарнир представляет собой пленочный шарнир.
13. Закупоривающее устройство по любому из пп. 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, в котором первый и второй шарниры действуют независимо друг от друга.
14. Закупоривающее устройство по любому из пп. 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, в котором шарниры выполнены с возможностью взаимодействия.
15. Закупоривающее устройство по любому из пп. 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, в котором второй шарнир является криволинейным.
16. Закупоривающее устройство по любому из пп. 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, в котором второй шарнир является линейным.
17. Закупоривающее устройство по любому из пп. 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, в котором указанное закупоривающее устройство содержит деформируемую часть, способную при перемещении крышки в открытое положение деформироваться и прикладывать силу для стабильного удержания крышки в открытом положении.
18. Закупоривающее устройство по п. 17, в котором деформируемая часть обеспечена на или посредством панели.
19. Закупоривающее устройство по п. 17, в котором деформация деформируемой части обусловливает напряжения в первом шарнире, удерживая крышку стабильно в открытом положении.
20. Закупоривающее устройство по любому из пп. 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, 18, 19, в котором первый шарнир содержит два или более соединительных элементов, расположенных на расстоянии друг от друга.
21. Закупоривающее устройство по п. 20, в котором указанный или каждый соединительный элемент, в общем, выполнен наподобие перемычки.
22. Закупоривающее устройство по любому из пп. 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, 18, 19, 21, в котором часть шарнирного устройства подвержена растяжению или напряжению при перемещении крышки в открытое положение и/или при открытом положении крышки.
23. Закупоривающее устройство по любому из пп. 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, 18, 19, 21, в котором закупоривающее устройство представляет собой разливочное закупоривающее устройство.
24. Закупоривающее устройство по любому из пп. 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, 18, 19, 21, в котором основание содержит соединительное устройство для соединения закупоривающего устройства с контейнером.
25. Закупоривающее устройство по любому из пп. 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, 18, 19, 21, в котором указанное закупоривающее устройство дополнительно содержит контрольный элемент, который виден перед первым вскрытием используемого закупоривающего устройства, а после первого вскрытия закупоривающего устройства контрольный элемент будет, по меньшей мере, частично скрытым из вида, указывая, таким образом, что закупоривающее устройство по меньшей мере один раз было вскрыто.
26. Закупоривающее устройство по п. 25, в котором контрольный элемент выполнен в виде двух колец, соединенных друг с другом ломким соединением (ломкими соединениями).
27. Закупоривающее устройство по п. 26, в котором в котором указанное закупоривающее устройство содержит носик и элемент, закрывающий, по меньшей мере, часть этого разливочного носика, при этом крышка и носик или основание содержат выступы, которые контактируют с соответствующими выступами контрольного элемента так, чтобы при первом вскрытии закупоривающего устройства происходил разрыв контрольной полосы за счет того, что одно кольцо будет тянуть крышка, а другое кольцо - основание или носик, с разрушением одного или более ломких соединений и разделением контрольного элемента на две части, при этом нижнее кольцо станет, по меньшей мере, частично скрытым из вида, опустившись в карман или полость, предусмотренные в основании, и/или при этом, по меньшей мере, частично будет открыта, по меньшей мере часть, разливочного элемента.
28. Закупоривающее устройство по любому из пп. 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, 18, 19, 21, 26, 27, в котором закупоривающее устройство содержит носик.
29. Закупоривающее устройство по п. 28, в котором носик образует часть основания.
30. Закупоривающее устройство по п. 28, в котором носик выполнен отдельно от основания.
31. Закупоривающее устройство по любому из пп. 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, 18, 19, 21, 26, 27, 29, 30, в сочетании с контейнером.
